Hi guys!Don' forget to check your receipt before you leave the store. The sale price tags are misleading. The price tag on the items are different that you pay at the register. I have been returning a lot a stuff lately. White Kroger onions, the price tag is 2.49 you pay 3.99 at the register. Natural Valley snack bars price tag is 1.99 you pay 2.99 at the register. Just wanted to let you know.Stay safe!

After seeing their most recently posted review about shopping here, I know this post is necessary. This is my favorite Kroger in Lexington. Been coming here for at least 10 years and I felt profiled at the self checkout. First let me say, Kroger as a WHOLE has major issues with their self checkout software. The slightest movement delays the machine and is frustrating to say the least (especially since I never have this issue at any other grocery or department store's self checkout). On this particular day, I was having trouble with getting the bags to open properly. I heard the machine announce "please make sure you scan all items" many times. When it came time to pay, the machine required "assistance" before I could pay, which I unfortunately expected. The assistance in question was a review of the number of items, which Ive seen before, but this time, a video replayed of me moving a small piece of produce back and forth over the scanner. The attendant stood and watched the video multiple times and then gave me a condescending look as if I needed to explain why I did this. I ignored this passive aggressive look because I knew I had done nothing, the item count was correct with the number of groceries in my bags, and the attendant never directly questioned anything. But it was embarrassing and made me feel very uncomfortable. There are far more effective ways to handle theft at the self checkout than doing this to loyal customers. If this happens again, I will address this concern directly with the attendant or member of management on duty so he/she is held accountable. Ive seen the video replays happen with other customers over the years and can say without a doubt that this is NOT how those checks are handled with EVERY customer. Very alarming.

What I enjoyed about this store was it was a smaller scale of the bigger one with the exception of produce.Anytime I asked for a certain product the clerk gladly checked and I got something nicer looking. Here I asked for beets and they were pushed in the back and not to pretty. He never offered to check or tell me when fresh ones might come in . At least 2-3 times I almost ran into the manager. He never said how are you,can I help you find something?Like he was lingering watching,On the other hand the cashier was quick friendly and thorough .

If you need deli/ Lunch meat, do not shop here!! The deli associate Hart was the absolute worst! Multiple times he literally threw the meat I was prepared to purchase on the scale. Multiple times the meat was exposed to dirty electric cords hanging from the scale. The bright spot in my shopping experience was the Manager Jessica. I expressed my unsatisfaction with Harts attitude and customer service. She immediately jumped into action to ensure customer satisfaction.

Just one I'd like to go shopping at Kroger and find everything I need. Since the pandemic, Kroger has not been fully stocked with what they used to have it's very sad.

Lovely little Kroger. No complaints except for deli.Deli section frequently has employees that are lazy and unwilling to help; as little as I shop here, its quite impressive how consistent the employees are not up to par.To stress the frequency, I shop at this kroger once a month, or less, over the course of years and experience the poor service 50% of the time. Many times they've lacked initiative to assist me acquire something.. like a little extra sauce for sushi.I'm given excuses and often told no.I give it 5 minutes and ask the next deli associate or a manager. They always help.It seems certain employees have taken naps during training. If your sushi makers do not put sauce on the sushi, at least train your deli employees to satisfy customer requests without contention. I'm not angry but it is silly to encounter the same issue so frequentlyPlease uphold the following:"To lift them up, we keep our hands, hearts and minds open so we can be attentive to their needs and provide true Kroger hospitality and generosity" -Kroger

I always have a bad experience at this Kroger. I live in walking distance from this location & rather drive to the one in Tates Creek. Staff is horrible….no matter what time or day I go there.

Convenient in and out experience. Speedy checkout. Congenial staff. I especially like the compact carts which are no longer available in the Lawrenceburg store near me. Higher prices bring 4 stars instead 5.

Hand sanitizer and buggy wipes were made available to customers. The meat and produce look good. No complaints.
