Absolutely awesome customer service. Came here when it 1st opened w/laptop issue. Loose battery connection, no charge. Have been back several times. All repairs/upgrades done right, priced right. Back to buy pwr supply charger. Said all I needed was a new cord. Best customer service anywhere!

Ethan was super helpful when I popped in looking for something off the wall specific for a VESC build. He had exactly what I needed and showed me a lot of cool computer tech they are working on. Rare to have a brick and mortar store that actually has what you need, with actually helpful and friendly people

I can’t recommend KyTrade enough! I had somewhat obscure type of PC, and had difficulties finding someone who could repair it. KyTrade was immediately familiar when I called, and were able to accept it for repairs on the same day. They called me with frequent updates and their explanations were always very clear.When I ultimately decided to purchase a new PC rather than have the old one repaired, they offered to use my initial diagnostic fee for a data transfer instead. They also gave me store credit in exchange for my broken PC, and returned the old SSD.When it took just a few days longer for the PC to be built than expected, Ethan worked all day to catch it up to speed once he returned from vacation, and even threw in some very substantial upgrades. When I went to pick it up, it happened to be raining, and Ali was kind enough to find a tarp to protect it. He also went out of his way to carry it to my car before I could go back into the store for a second trip.The new PC itself works like a charm, and is by far the highest quality I’ve ever had. I’m shocked how silent it is when it runs. I’ll definitely be going back for any future repairs!

I had a positive experience initially, though I did have some concerns about him automatically installing Windows 11 on my new hard drive. Now that I deal with problem after problem because he installed Windows 11 rather than reinstalling my old OS, I don’t want to return. It’s probably a decision any typical computer person would make (hence the average rating), but I am not a computer person. My equipment and my brain don’t play with Windows 11.The store is clean.

Please check out Ali’s shop! Don’t overlook this excellent service in Lexington.He has hard to find parts. I reached out in need of an AM4 backplate for my build and he had one.His shop is like a mini-Micro Center, very neatly laid out, and very clean.

Ridiculous pricing and the guy tried to say I needed something else that wasn’t necessary. I said no and I was told it’s the same price either way. Don’t go there it’s rated so high because people that frequent this place are suckers.
