“I've been using CCL for about two months, while waiting on a new washer to be installed at the apartment complex where I live. Even when there are many customers, I never have trouble finding multiple/available machines. The hours are convenient; staff are helpful; and I've never had trouble finding a parking spot out front. Quick, stress-free visits, and the machines work great!”

“Great place if you want to drop off your laundry. Nice commercial machines and place is kept spotless. I'm sure there are some great employees there but my pick is April. She is amazing. Friendly, high work ethics and does a.great job with my clothes. Been dropping off my.clothes for her for years. Nobody does it better! This is re the laundromat on Richmond Road.”
“Carpet jobs that I've gotten from wildcat has been the best! However there's a couple of spots that I think that could of used a little bit more attention with cleaning of the grout. Otherwise it was a pretty decent job! Great crew, very polite/ professional!”
“Absolutely love this place. Everytime we've gone, it doesn't matter who's working, they're the nicest people. If we have any trouble with a machine, they're quick to fix it and make it right. If a machine eats a couple quarters they'll make it right. Once we went the first time, we knew we didn't want to go anywhere else. Would highly recommend this laundromat. Great environment.”
“I may have been in a bad mood when I wrote this, but the more I come the more I see the workers caring about helping people. Still not the greatest, but convenient. The last few times here all the washers I used worked.
Every time I come here one of the washers for my 4 loads stops working, resulting in me having to pay for 2 additional washes bc the clothes are soaked, so if I tried to put them all in it would mess the washer up due to weight. I have no idea who is an employee here to even talk to about this, so just suck it up and spend another $15 and 30 more minutes of my time
It looks like they have never cleaned the place where you put the detergent.”

“I came in because my home washing machine broke down and we went to a splash em location down the road - that did not even get half our laundry clean with their faulty equipment - with awful customer service to boot. So I came here to rewash everything and was pleasantly surprised by the remodel. It is gorgeous inside and out. Everything is clean and fresh. Washers did an amazing job. And wonderful customer service!!! This is the only laundry mat I will come to room now on!”

“Ive been coming here for a while now every week.New owner all new equipment and remodeled store. I think Ive had one machine problem in that time. Called the number on the wall and the employee came over and refunded my money. La Unica on the back side is my fav place in Lex to get a burrito while the clothes are washing. Yeah the neighborhood is not the greatest but Ive never had a problem.”
“I came to Surfside Coin Laundry while a part for my washer is on order. I have used Surfside in the past about 10 years ago under similar circumstances. I dropped off my laundry yesterday afternoon and picked it up this morning. Both attendants were polite and pleasant and my laundry, clothes and towels, look amazing and were folded and hung to perfection! Thank you Surfside for such terrific service!”

“I come early so it's never too busy, particularly clean to not have an on staff worker. I use quarters and would never use my debit cards in places that aren't attended during regular business hours. Machines are nice, clean and operate very well. There are sometimes sketchy characters, but nobody is ever really a bother. They also have free WiFi, which is a plus. The BP will also buy back any leftover quarters you may have. It's close to many stores and restaurants as well. Between washing, drying and folding clothes I normally don't spend more than two hours here.”
