Lexington Habitat for Humanity ReStore is a home improvement store and donation center that offers a wide selection of new and used furniture, appliances, building materials, and home goods. Every purchase, donation, and volunteer hour supports Lexington Habitat for Humanity’s mission. The store is a great place to find household and remodeling items at very reasonable prices, including kitchen and bathroom cabinets, fixtures, lighting, and furniture for staging. Visitors often find unique vintage and antique furniture, books, and even a beautiful chandelier or a Federal period dresser. The store is well-organized, with plenty of carts, bags, and boxes to help customers transport their finds. Many appreciate the friendly atmosphere and their support of a good cause, making repeated visits a common recommendation. However, some reviews mention less positive experiences with staff, noting that a few employees can be rude or unhelpful, though others are praised for their kindness and helpfulness. Overall, Lexington Habitat ReStore offers a diverse selection of items for those interested in upcycling or home improvement, and shopping here contributes to community efforts to build and repair homes.
