I needed service on a 2015 KTM Super Duke and Ernie in the service department took care of it for me. It required diagnostic work and communication with KTM for guidance and parts needed. The process was made smooth and painless, highly recommended!

I ordered a part for a 2019 Polaris ranger. Gave them my information and they took the payment. But never ordered the part. When it was due to arrive I found out it wasn’t ordered. I finally got the part after 2 months of lies, wrong parts, and numerous trips to their dealership. Their parts manger Dillon couldn’t even find time to return my call. Overall it cost me more money and way more time to go here. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and not much of a business.

I'll start by saying that I've bought 4 bikes from this dealer in the past. My last experience was the worst though. I had scheduled a test drive two days in advance. I arrived on time and even text the salesman earlier that day and again before I departed. When I get there I sit down give my license, insurance, etc. The salesman walks off... Fortunately, given my past experiences I had brought a book, but after 50 minutes of nothing I had enough and went to find out what the hell was going on. They couldn't find the key. No I'm not kidding - they lost the key to a 20K motorcycle and couldn't locate it after an hour of looking. They may have the best inventory in the area, but they completely lack professionalism, communication and punctuality.

I visited this place to buy a slingshot. I talked to a lady who asked for someone to assist us. However, no one came to talk to us. We stood there for 20-30 minutes. No wonder they have a good selection; they are not worried about selling them. about selling them

Can't say anything about the sales department cause I haven't dealt with them in many years. The service department is a complete joke from the completely rude service writers, especially Ernie, to the incompetent mechanics. The parts department isn't much better considering they took over a month to get a part in from Georgia. I will not return to this dealer for anything, and will make sure to tell anyone with a motorcycle to steer clear from this poor excuse of a business.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!I’m gonna say this Austin the GM from the Fairfield location is great!! Unfortunately he left this company for obvious reasons! Lexington location customer service is TRASH!!They’ve had our Talon for months…I’ve been in the store multiple times and it just so happens the GM for Lexington and the sales manager are NEVER available! I’ve sent emails and called numerous time and nothing back!! Ive even reached out to Mitch(the owner)who promised he’d speak with Adam(GM for Lexington location)and call me back and get this taken care of… a month later not a word from him!Crazy how quick they call you when it’s selling a machine!!Service manager JOSH WILSON… he dropped the ball with the warranty department over telling lie after lie and now we’ve paid over $6,000 for his mistake! Pretty bad when my husband and I had to show unexpectedly and confront Josh! Even called the warranty company on speaker phone and he admitted he LIED!When we picked up the Talon they lost the hood! Month later and we’re still waiting for the hood that was promised within a week..THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I’VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH! I could go on and on with issues! Stay away from this company!

If you're looking for a camper or toy hauler, highly recommend not using this place.Purchased a toy hauler with little to no help on setup or explain how anything works.. had 4 men, 2 being management trying to figure out jacks and slide outs..Drove over an hour home to realize they didn't leave not one manual to the camper or generator. Wasn't a remote for the living room tv.. been waiting 2 months on them to "ship" a remote and manuals when they could just call and say "we have everything in hand if you want to pick it up"When you call, nobody knows nothing about what's happening and is literally just a waste of time.

A one star review is generous. Do businesses elsewhere. My husband bought a Honda NC 750x on 08/09. Alexis Brock was our sales person and she is awful. She rushed us on 08/09 to buy this bike. She raved about how good it was. "Perfect condition" the bike had rusted extenders, nicks in the paint, and dirt on the inside of the windshield. I was told I need to send all our information over quickly before our appointment to purchase. 5 min before getting there she called saying it had a bad battery and asked if we could reschedule. That wasn't an option, we live 45 min away, and she knew that. She said she would take care of everything on Thursday even though it was her day off. She didn't respond to me until 2 pm Thursday and had no update for me. She washed her hands of us and told me I needed to do everything from that point forward. When I called to talk to service Tricia answered and was less than helpful. I asked to speak with someone and was told "well if I put you on hold you're going to be sitting there for a long time." And when asked for her name she responded with "it's Tricia, T r i c i a, in case you wanted to let a manager know." When we finally got our update from service it was never a battery issue, the bike just wouldn't stay running. The lack of customer service this business has is unbelievable. They waste your time and there is zero communication. We have been trying since Saturday 08/12 to get a refund for our deposit we "had" to put down on the bike so it didn't "fly out the door" (it had been there for months with no interest). We were finally issued one this morning on 08/17. I called every day and was just told "someone will call you back" and I would never receive a call. Take your business to Gateway Cycles in Mt. Sterling.

Staff is nice but for all that space they barely have stock to look at and the business does their best to pass on every cost to the customer. Notorious amongst dealers for adding on excessive fees at the end of transactions and they charge a 3% card fee on everything

I am writing this review here to hopefully save some people the trouble. I am a return customer. I just bought a bike for them 6 months ago. My first time dealing with them didn't go great. As soon as I bought the bike the salesman quit texting me back when I had some questions about the bike. My first purchase was a Honda navi. When I got it home and off the trailer I noticed the mirrors were loose. The carburetor was not set right either because it wouldn't stay running. The salesman quit responding and when you call the store they say they are too busy and that they will call you back. Which they never have. I wanted to give them another chance ( because they are the only Honda dealer close). Maybe it was just a fluke with a cheap bike and a bad salesman. This time around I wanted to order a new motorcycle (honda nc750x). Since they are a Honda dealership I thought it would be no problem. I have tried for the last month and a half. To give them a deposit so they could order one. But they would either tell me they would call me back which never happens or just ignore me and tell me they have a used one that is in great shape. I told them I wanted the factory warranty. Then I was told it still has a one year warranty on it. So I decided to go up there Wednesday (08/09) to get it. I made an appointment for 5:30. I live 45 mins away so I took off work early to go up there. Our salesperson told me that she was getting the bike ready to go at 3:00. Then she calls me at 5:25 five minutes before my appointment. To tell me the bike just needs a new battery. I had already taken off so I decided to go ahead and check it out. Then I get to finance and they tell me that there is no warranty all the numbers had changed that i was told before making the appointment. Then when I left she told me she would take care of the bike in the morning so I could pick it up on Thursday. Even though it was her day off. No word from anyone on Thursday morning. We texted her at 2pm and we were told she just woke up and she did not know anything about the battery replacement on the bike. She told us we had to check on the progress of the bike. We then called the service department all afternoon. They continued to tell us they would call us back. Then at 4pm we get a call back from Ernie who is in charge of service. He told us it was never a battery the bike just won't stay running. Then we were informed it had not been looked at. He said it would be looked at at the end of the day or first thing in the morning. I texted the salesperson at 5pm and never got a response till I texted again Friday afternoon. Then I was told again that it is our job to check on the bike. So my wife got a call from Ernie at 4pm with the same News that it hadn't been looked at and it would be looked at Saturday morning. I called Saturday at 9:30 to try and get my deposit back and was told they would call me back because everyone was very busy. Called Monday and Tuesday and got the same response. They were not too busy to take the deposit from me. On 08/19 I was refunded the deposit. Still never received a call back. Please find a different place to give your business to.

pretty good selection. will never return because of a confrontational checkout experience caused by the fact that I was paying for a small item with cash and was refused service unless I would give them a bunch of personal information.

Great experience at United Motorsports! Everyone there was very helpful and informative. My salesman was Kyle Ford and he was nothing but top notch! Answered all my questions and made for a smooth and fast transaction on a 2023 Honda Pioneer.
