The Lexington Public Library, Central Library, is a welcoming and versatile community space. Its Meeting Room B provides a clean, quiet, and spacious environment, ideal for workshops and ceremonial work, such as the Knightâs Code Workshops, which focus on legacy, mythic roleplay, and emotional sovereignty. The library's neutral setting offers a distraction-free atmosphere perfect for transformation and reflection. The library system features multiple branches throughout Lexington, making it accessible for families and individuals alike. Visitors appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient location. The library offers various amenities, including copy and scanner services, and hosts numerous family-friendly events suitable for all ages, from kids to teens. Additionally, the basement sells books, often at half-price sales, providing great options for book lovers. While parking can be a challenge at the main branch, the library remains a beloved space for learning, community activities, and safe fun.
Nice people, computers available to use, and 2 hrs free parking at the downtown branch.

Loved the library! The branches are nice spread out throughout Lexington. Parking at the main library was the only problem I had. I just learned that they sell books in the basement. And sometimes they have half price sales on the books they sell!! What an awesome Library!
