Terrible place! Way overpriced! Person who did mine told me incorrect info after taking payment. Then couldn’t return payment when I stopped him from filing. April manager supposed to call me back best day. I had to call three times to get her. Told me corporate put check in mail that day for $416. Called corporate two weeks later about check. Said they were waiting on April to respond to them about something. 3 weeks later still no check. Had to file dispute with credit card company to get $416 charge off statement. Went to H&R Block same night and got taxes done for $175 vs. $416! Don’t go here! They will rip you off and then not follow up after making mistakes!
