Love the wide open parking lot. The store looked nice as most Lofts do. The clothing is quality and stylish as always However, Staff was a little uppity. The Sizing range is very limited. Prices are high, even for the clearance racks. Even with the prices a little over the top we would have made a purchase if we hadn’t of got the attitude from the Girl we talked to…..?

Terrible customer service & return policy. Beware if your shipment gets delayed- window for returning starts the minute you order. No exceptions- no worries. Will shop elsewhere!

Went in to exchange a pair of jeans, tried on a dress & ask sales clerk question. Associate at register says we closed at 5. It was 5:05pm & there was another customer in the store. Totally RUDE!!!! Blond was at register & Emily was other associate working.

I just filled a bag with clothes to donate, so I gave myself permission to go shopping. Just looking I told myself. LOFT can be pricey, but sales are often excellent. I always head to the sale racks first and, if lucky, have no need to look further. Convenient, plenty of parking, and not at the mall. 78

I've visited this location several times and no one ever greets you. I worked in the retail industry for several years and that was key!

Walked in, sales clerk yells "we're closing in 4 minutes"....oh, ok. Thats why brick and mortar fails, but I wont even buy online from this company again.

Went in today when Loft opened for a couple pieces I saw online. I had every intention of purchasing a few outfits and some jewelry. I didn't. Of the 5 associates on the floor, no one said hello, I had hands full of items to try, had to go to the fitting rooms to set it down. The fitting rooms were full of clothes from the previous day. I know this as I went in when they opened. No one seemed to be getting a ton of help, but every other customer was approached BUT me. Despite the items I liked and reluctantly tried on, I couldn't purchase anything after the lack of service. No one looked particularly put together and I heard lots about the daily plans and goals and even some last night stories, no attention AT ALL. I worked in high end retail for nearly 10 years. You pay attention to everyone. Period. I may try Hamburg, but probably won't. I have trouble buying from a place where no one can even say hello. Terrible experience, Loft.

I've never been ignored in a store to the degree I was in Loft today. Could have shop lifted easily if I felt so compelled. Not a single word from anyone until I went to the register with my wallet out.

Located in Lexington Green, this is one of my favorite women's clothing places to shop. It's always so convenient to get in and out of and everything is always so organized. I wouldn't describe the clothing as inexpensive, but they often run 40% off of their entire stock. If you've purchased something and later see it on clearance or on sale, they'll give you back the difference... as long as you have the receipt, of course. I love the styles and selections that they carry but I've bought a few things that have torn up and snapped after only a few wears. Also, I bought a pair of black pants that was made of a denim material and they faded badly. They are now almost a gray.
