Food was over cooked and not hot. We only had appetizers and drinks.

We went here for a family celebration. The waitresses put in our orders as separate checks in the beginning, but then could not figure out how to give us separate checks at the end. We had to wait over 20 minutes just to pay because they couldn't get our checks right. The food itself was lukewarm when it finally came out, and they completely forgot to even put in one of our parties orders, so her food didn't come until 30 min after everyone else's food.

Ordered a burger and the server came out and said “Really, a burger? You’re not going to get a steak at Logan’s”. Didn’t appreciate the comment or the tone. Burger tasted fine. Partner got their Cajun chicken pasta and it tasted cheap. Service was also slow.

Sat at the bar was pleasantly surprised how low menu prices were. Food was top notch nothing fancy just solid good food.

The food was delicious. Our waitress kept bringing me a water down diet coke, dropping napkins, straws. Serive was kinda slow, which it was crowded. I recommend Logan's roadhouse.

Our waitress, Jah, was phenomenal. We ordered for my daughter who hadn’t shown up yet. Jah gave us our salads, but waited until our daughter showed up, and then brought her soup without us even having to ask for it. She was jovial and attentive, and we hope to have her again!

We asked to be seated at the bar. Considering the place was empty we didn’t assume it would be a problem. When following someone to our seat, the bartender shouts “don’t sit them here” and rolls her eyes when told we requested a bar table. Should have been my first sign to walk out.I quickly realized why she didn’t want us seated here. NOT ONE of the TEN employees crowded around the check in desk or to go desk could be bothered to help her. And it didn’t look like she had anyone in the bar area helping her. Rather there were ANOTHER 10 employees taking up 3 tables on what I assume was their lunch. We waited for 15 minutes before we ever got bread. And another 40 for our entree. All the while employees are dancing and joking at the Togo station. This place sure has gone down hill over the years. It was clear why the parking lot was nearly empty when we pulled in at 3 on a SATURDAY! The bartender (who ended up being our server although she was slammed) did everything she possibly could to make it a positive experience. And I don’t blame her for saying “don’t sit them here” if her “team” can’t be bothered to help her out.

we went at a great time, 130pm. Table of 5. Appetizers...fried mushrooms were GREAT, the white quest could have been thicker it was difficult to keep on the chips. Other than that extremely friendly service, ALL meals yummy. My 8yr old great nephew and my parents said the onion rings were THE BEST anywhere!

Great food! A worker gave a fine treat because it was my birthday. Best service known in my opinion. Head there now!Kid-friendliness: Workers are nice to birthday boys and girls. Workers give treats for birthdays.

Went tonight for dinner and my husband and I both had the 6 ounce sirloin. The steak was very good and tender. Bread was hot. The waiter, I wish I could remember his name was awesome. But my mashed potatoes were like half a scoop and they had what I’m assuming was a French fry in them. All the portions were very small. But otherwise it was good

HORRIBLE EVERYTHING….Placed online pickup curbside order at 434pm, and order confirmation said order would be ready at 505pm. I arrived at 502pm and called restaurant #, option 2 for curbside arrival, and employee said order wasnt ready yet, should take 3-5 more minutes. At 515pm my order still hadn’t been delivered to my vehicle, so I call inside again, and told employee if my order still isnt ready, to just cancel it and refund my card and 25%tip I had already added when I placed order. The employee lays phone down and all I hear is some mumbling about me wanting to cancel my order. Then another employee picks up the phone and asks if I am waiting on an order (that wasnt mine), I then said NO!!!!Then she says how can she help me, so we start this process of explanation all over again, and I tell her if the order isnt ready to be brought out to my vehicle, cancel and refund now. This not so bright employee then says I have to cancel through DOORDASH, LOL…this is not a doordash order and I ordered direct with Logans and I am sitting outside for curbside pickup. Now she lays the phone down saying she is going to look for my order, and never comes back to the phone, and while I am waiting for her to come back to the phone (4:25 minutes later, another employee brings my food out to the car). They never apologize for the extra 20minutes I waited outside, and all she did was hand me the bag, with a smirk on her face. I immediately disconnected the call from still waiting on the other employee to come back to the phone, and called back to speak with a manager (Jacob), about their poor service, and he was as useless as the other employees. He didnt apologize either, and only said he would talk to the other employees I had dealt with on phone. And my $40 meal had a cold steak, no bread, the baked potato looked and tasted like it had been cooked many times over and over (the outside and inside of the potato was very hard like plastic), didnt eat this. They weren’t even busy, so unsure why they couldnt provide excellent service or true to their word with time order would be ready. Hopefully this is the next LOGANS to close.UPDATE: Well, I did exactly as the business response requested by reaching out direct through their CONTACT US option on their website immediately after their response, and still nothing. I guess their way of making this right as they say they want to do, is to just go through the motions of acting like they are trying, but then ignore the complaints when I have done as they requested.AGAIN, if this LOGANS restaurant, or any of its many incompetent employees wanted to make it right, they had plenty of opportunities and time to make it right that evening. Due to not making it right as they have lied and stated they want to do, I will now be disputing the charge and prepaid tip with my bank.
