My cousin recommended Lovesac, and I was on the fence at first. Then I realized Lexington had a store, so I went in to check it out. Logan was super helpful and really took the time to explain everything. He sold me on the Sactional, and I’m so glad he did! The quality is amazing, and you can tell these are built to last. Definitely worth the investment—highly recommend both the product and the in-store experience!

Erica the manager went above and beyond to help me when part of my order was misdelivered by FedEx. She spent hours on the phone with them and got a replacement chair ordered. I finally received my missing order today and absolutely love it. It took almost a month to get here at no fault of LoveSac. I was relieved that she was truly concerned about making it right and told me not to worry. Would highly recommend as customer service is top notch. Hope whoever got my 1st chair from FedEx is enjoying it.🙄

I want to thank Lyndsay for being extremely patient with me while I try to decide what I want to purchase. She is really knowledgeable of all the pieces and a joy to work with. I love being able to bring my dog in with me and Lyndsay even took time to ask about her. I feel like that is a great personal touch since The Summit is a dog friendly place!! When I finally make up my mind, I will definitely have Lyndsay help me!

Great experience. We visited, tried out different options in the showroom, and left with a quote. Then we came back later that day and after finalizing our preferences, we bought a couch! Exciting! Having the wooden blocks to choose a layout and see possibilities was really great.

We love our LoveSac! It took a bit to put together, and there was a piece messed up - but our store already ordered a new piece for us, so beyond that everything went smoothly.The set up time was well worth the comfort. It's not that it's HARD to set up - just time consuming.Family couch snuggles were super important to us - and my kid (and the rest of us) rate it 5 stars for snuggles!!!!!!Will be adding to our couch as our budget allows.
