Five stars to EVERYONE but the manager I worked with.
I came to return an electric heater, got store credit because I needed a new vacuum. Fine. I go and pick out a vacuum- a Samsung Jet 60 and I find someone to unlock it. I asked him (after googling that yes they do) if they price match Walmart and he said absolutely, that is until I showed him it was on rollback for less than half the price. He then said the lowest he could go was 250 because of the amount of paperwork that he would have to do to discount it that much. I said fine, checked out and asked the nice woman who was running the self checkout if that’s normal and she said to go to returns and they have never not price matched Walmart. I can’t remember the lady who helped me do the return on the heaters but she was there still and started the process and Josh finished it. He was so nice and matched the price on Walmart.com.
It was so disheartening that the manager refused to match the price which is STORE POLICY because of “paperwork”. Gross.
So thank you to Josh and the rest of the team. Yall deserve 15 stars. Unfortunately 1 star is for your manager, and he deserves to see this.

Id like to add a comment from my experience with this lowes. Im fig figuring out the experience I had last year when I bought a washer and dryer Whirlpool models and a outside lawn furniture set that was on discount I opted to get the less expensive washer and dryer but not by much to get the outside of furniture and I've come to find out that my washer has went out in the last week making a funny noise underneath the drum and then the center popped in the computer and it stopped the washing all together I couldn't get the wash out I couldn't do nothing go back to how I purchased this at Lowe's a person a male rolled up the paperwork in the back we walked it up to the front to pay for it the girl the man in the back had already scheduled to be the washer and dryer to be delivered and we had to pay for the front then the computer made it made her reschedule it it got very confusing I don't know when that confusion if she skipped over a screen but we wasn't offered day the warranties extended warranty so now my washer is outI have called Whirlpool there's no warranty that I can use so now my washer is out after just having it a little over a year which back in my damn 52 years old washers last forever now washers only last a year I can't handle that that's over $1,000 we spent last year at Lowe's so apparently in the confusion of the computer system the girl didn't offer us the extended warranty so now I have not a leg to stand on so now I want to complain to Lowe's and I need to get better workers cuz I also got scale last year for some two discounted tropical plants that I bought and it runs everything I brought here from Lexington that I had for years started with this elite but all of them but they should hire employees that would at least be qualified to deal with stuff like this they wouldn't hire me and I don't even have a felonyLowe's needs to get their shit together and I hope they go out of business I think I'm Menards is a better business so if I had my I would I would say go to freaking Menards at least go somewhere where when something goes wrong you take it back to them or you call them and they'll do everything they can before you go to the manufacturers and they tell you your shit out of luck

So is this location the only one that operates on Sunday hours all week and then insults their customer's intelligence? So over this location, every time I am here I have issues. Closing an hour earlier than your posted time is bull crap.

Asked from the car at garden center if they had any bulbs. "Robin" answered no , no bulbs. Asked a couple of times no tulip bulbs. Some guy with her said no also. I go inside looking for something else and Bobbie was able to tell me exactly where to find them. I went back found them told Robin she was an idiot then she refused to check me out
I will never shop there again. Not until that women is fired. Also no sign of a supervisor( on lunch) or manager ( off today)

This Lowes is now not truck driver friendly.
Use to park there for years with no problem.
Overnight, corporate decided to hurt the ones that help them most.

This store is the absolute worst when it comes to having the inventory in the store that their application says they have. I waste more time coming here to
buy something only to find out it's not really in stock and end up having to go down the street instead.

If you know what you want then use their curbside pickup. It's well organized and very fast. I've had back surgeries and find it difficult to walk through stores and standing in line is even worse. Every order I have done was ready in minutes. Fast friendly and accurate. You just can't ask for a better system.
