Very big selection of items. Several different specials and sell items daily. Staff is professional and very helpful. Prices are competitive. Great quality items. Definitely will go again.

No stars worst warranty on the earth bought new washer and dryer washer hasn't worked right since installing all you hear from them is bull shit excuse warranty people say we're coming and never show up Lowes won't say anything don't believe them going to baby if it would do any good

Lowe's has gone way down hill over the years. Between bad advice that will burn your house down, to making the walkways (a single cart had a hard time fitting) smaller every week, to taking 4 people to ring out a single customer. Do better.

Just flat out incompetent. Every time I've been here somebody doesn't know how to check something out or how to process a repair. Incredibly slow as well. I'm talking 45+ minutes to drop off a pre-authorized repair and 45 minutes to pick up the repaired item. And then when they returned my repaired item, they forgot to return a component of it. Because of their incompetence now I have to waste more time out of my day to return there some other day and get my things. The service desk is staffed by one person at a time who is also answering phones so every few minutes she has to pick up the phone. Also, employees constantly coming up for an idle chat with the customer service folk while they're helping a line of 4 people, interrupting the prcoess. How does that make sense?
Half the self service checkouts are also always inexplicably closed.
Honestly just go to Ace hardware or even home depot. Anything is better than this.

I went to the garden area today and checked out around 3:00PM. There was a white woman in her 50-60s with long white hair at the checkout station where the plants are. She was extremely rude and rough with my plants. She seems annoyed and just wants to leave her job. I get it, nobody likes to work on Labor Day but that gave her no excuse to be rude. It’s not my problem that you hate your job.

I frequent the curbside service. They rarely bring it out within 10 minutes even when using the "I'm on my way"..
This time I went inside but because I left my ID in my car they wouldn't give me my items. Then would not come out with me to my car so I wouldn't have to walk back in. Even though I was a curbside pick up.
They don't deserve my company's money.

Impossible to find Items shown in stock and employees unable to find as well. Ridiculous!

Tired of retail stores filling the isles with displays and making it impossible for 2 carts to cross paths. Employees being disrespectful to your clients leaving rolling stairs and carts of returns blocking isles, and some areas aren't even ADA compliant to begin with.
I understand that finding employees is tough and self checkouts are inevitable... But having a line of people with 4 of your self checkout registers closed is illogical.
Management needs to do better.
