The phone will just ring and ring and ring and ring, and then they'll just hang up on you after 10-15 minutes of waiting! So unprofessional. It's like lowes just doesn't need our money. Tired of being treated this way by corporate stores.

I wish I could give a 0. These are the most incompetent bunch of "employees" I have ever had to deal with. We bought some shelving from them loaded it on the trailer, went to Sam's and found a better deal, so within 2 hours of purchase we went to return it. Keep in mind this is a heavy ass box, and it starting raining on the way back. After waiting in the return line for over 30 the employee argued with us that it was not in the same box we purchased (because it was wet). Mind you it have NEVER MOVED off the trailer. A manager finally was able to do the return by TYPING the upc in, something the other employee was too lazy to do. If you can't do your job, find a new one.

I’m sorry to report that neither Lowe’s store in Lexington Kentucky had any of the four products I needed other than a ceiling fan with remote.

Don’t waste your time applying here. They are untrue on their job posting and will try to only schedule you on weekends. Wasted part of my Saturday coming in for a part time interview.

Ordered online and picked up in store. Box was heavily damaged. Store associates insisted product was fine that damage to box was from delivery. They opened box partially it and said unit was fine. I got product home, opened box and saw dented/bent mishapen parts with tape on it indicate damage. Didn’t take out of box - now returning. Wasted time, money for the store employees to mislead me and the store to sell damaged/broken items. I am extremely unhappy.

One thing I love most of all about Lowe’s is the staff and customer service. It’s so easy to find someone to help you. Also, the staff is very knowledgeable and can help you out with your next project. I’ve been coming here for years and really enjoy it.
