The store had a good verity of brands and price points. The salesman, Frank, really listened to our needs. He made suggestions based on those needs and did not try make the most expensive sale. He seemed very knowledgeable about his product. He made suggestions on sale products that would complement our new mattresses. Frank was very efficient in completing our sales transaction and scheduling delivery. I feel like we will receive good quality items for a fair price.

I was amazed at the knowledge Maryssa had in regards to a mattress. I've purchased a few over the years, however, I've never experienced anyone with the knowledge and concern for their customer. Outstanding! We ended up making the purchase based on the 90 minutes she spent educating us and making us try out many options.

I’m giving it 5 stars even though I just got mattress and we haven’t slept on it yet ! But , from when we walked in the door Maryssa was our sales associate and she was very happy , friendly , welcoming and just made us feel comfortable and important! She answered our questions , showed us mattresses that was what we was looking for in our price range , she never once forced us into makin a choice , or purchase , and just knew what she was doing !!! So if you go to mattress firm in Hamburg make sure you get maryssa for your sales associate!! You will not be disappointed!!

Maryssa was knowable and allowed us time to talk/lye in private with no pressure to by from her. She did not say just go lye on that bed. She started with "So have you done any research on what you want". We had so we started there, then Maryssa told us pro and cons of the bed. Then was able to get us to the bed we really liked.

Great experience today!! My Mom and I came in to get a new mattress, box spring and frame. Frank was very knowledgeable about their products. He made sure I tried several options.
