“Bill at the Nicholasville Rd location was so helpful! He wasn’t salesy or pushy but really knew his stuff. He was kind and personable and the even gifted my 1 year old a little Serta sheep! He helped us find a mattress within our criteria and it will be delivered for free, our current mattress will be disposed of, and we got a complimentary mattress protector (Memorial Day sale). Highly recommend!”

“Bobs furniture is the place to buy a good recliner.they have them for the tall as well as for the shorter people like me . It's hard to find a recliner that fit the body just right. Give bobs a try I don't think you'll be disappointed. Reasonable price, comfort, and nice people. I really like the goof proof protection I got three little dogs I'm hopping they won't tear my chair but if they do it's covered.”

“This is how our complaint ended up. On 6/19/2022 I filed a review found below. It took months to get this issue resolved. It was finally resolved to our satisfaction. The process wasn't fun and one of the customer service representatives was ill informed and beyond rude. However, I found the rest of the department to be courteous, well meaning and helpful. The Department is lead by a gentleman that will truly listen, research your facts and try to see your point. If it is worth the effort and you honestly represent the facts, then it will be worth the result. Tempur-Sealy is with the effort”
