Because of the mattress price, we were able to upgrade to an adjustable base and get delivery, pillows, mattress pad and a 125 day return window! “This is how our complaint ended up. On 6/19/2022 I filed a review found below. It took months to get this issue resolved. It was finally resolved to our satisfaction. The process wasn't fun and one of the customer service representatives was ill informed and beyond rude. However, I found the rest of the department to be courteous, well meaning and helpful. The Department is lead by a gentleman that will truly listen, research your facts and try to see your point. If it is worth the effort and you honestly represent the facts, then it will be worth the result. Tempur-Sealy is with the effort”
