“We have been in the last few weeks of shopping for new bedroom furniture and in doing so every doorway we entered was met with some very aggressive sales people. One even asked me if I wanted to “start a relationship”.
Working with Jesus was an unexpected pleasant surprise. He greeted us and then let us roam around. When we had questions he answered. At no point did I feel pressured or someone breathing down my back. Great job Jesus I think you will do a great job. FYI we did buy our furniture from him. There were a few other people that was very helpful as well.”
“Wonderful shopping experience in Lexinton, Ky.. Duane Fields was fantastic! I've been helping my mom with her house after my step dad passed. She was in desperate need of a sofa with Thanksgiving coming up but we are on a tight budget. Mr. Fields approached me with professional friendliness and no pressure. He helped me pick out just the right sofa at exactly my budget. Being the shrewed man I am I told him I was gonna do a little more shopping. No pressure, he offered me his buisness card and I went along my way.
I told myself if I find the same or even slightly better deal for a similar product I would base it on my customer experience. Needless to say I couldn't find a better deal (though Bob's was great aswell!) and I even shook the dust of my feet with one competitor.
I'll be picking up the sofa next week with confidence that my mom will have the perfect sofa for her and the family during this Thanksgiving. Thank you Duane!”

“Ken, the manager, is an absolute boss. I purchased a chair for close to much higher than I would normally pay, but I’ve always loved the La-Z-boy chairs I grew up with so I swallowed the price… This was the first one I’d purchased for myself. Sales consultant made it easy and chair was delivered 2 weeks later. Skip forward 10 days; I sit on my throne and CRACK!! Chair bottom busts. Clearly a knot in the wood. All forums/ Reddit threads I read say I’m out of luck, that this stuff happens and they don’t take care of you. I couldn’t have found that further from the truth when I called and spoke to Ken, the SM. He assured me this was not normal, offered to refund my money or to fix despite it being beyond the window. I took the chair there today and he fixed it himself. As I write this review I sit in blissful comfort upon my new throne, content in the fact that I have someone to take care of me for all my future butt-cushioning needs. Bravo, 10000 stars!”

“I special ordered an Amish made bedroom suite and went to pick it up after it arrived from the Amish manufacturer. Beautiful pieces! Exactly what my wife wanted. Mrs. Perry is a very nice lady and patiently waited with me for a friend to arrive to help load up my pieces of furniture on a Saturday. My friend ran late so Mrs. Perry and I just sat and talked between her visiting with customers. Her pricing actually beat competitors in Maysville and Liberty on the exact same pieces of Amish furniture. Worked for me. Thank you for the deal and hospitality!”

I am engaged and registered for several patterns of Pomegranate Inc.’s beautiful napkins through my 3rd party registry. Despite my registry not being directly associated with the company, they were more than helpful when my guests mistakenly purchased the wrong pattern, or failed to notify my registry of the correct amount purchased (leading to double buying). Isaac from customer care helped me track down and sort through orders and promptly exchanged any sets that did not fit what we had requested for those that did. They were not required to do this since I wasn’t the original buyer, so I was blown away with how accommodating, quick, and professional they were. My fiancé and I look forward to enjoying our gorgeous napkins at dinner for many years to come.”
