Overall 3. My mother left her iPhone in the restroom. When we returned, almost immediately, it wasn't where she left it.
She went to the service desk to ask if it had been turned in. I could track the device and knew it was still on site. The "Service" desk associates hadn't had one turned in and became borderline rude.
I called the device and nobody answered. We were then approached by managers because we were lingering near office areas. I then got a notification from the phone that it had been found. I called it, and met the employee who found and returned the device.
You need to train your management to be a polite and customer oriented as the hourly associates. Hats off to Amy Smith for finding and returning our lost phone. The "suits" could learn from her and she deserves the recognition. Better yet, she needs to train Customer Service.
I worked retail for nearly 40 years so I do have a tiny bit of knowledge & this is not a rant.

Meat is better than Kroger and the store is laid out much better! Also that way it stayed less crowded!

A little pricey and though I think they close too early they’re at least open later than the rest of the shopping centers of their kind since Covid. Groceries priced better than merch.
