After banking with Members for over 16 years, I have to say they have definitely changed for the worst. I've had multiple loans and have had other issues and they always helped. For the past few years whenever I have had a problem I've either had to fight them or have them completely refuse to help me. It's time to go to a different bank.

Readers, please hear this story. I am leaving another bank. This bank BEGGED me to be a member for almost eight years. Recently my business partner who is female secured a car loan here through Green's Toyota. As you can imagine I was excited to leave the other bank and bring all my business over. Recently my car was destroyed and I have a Geico settlement. I have a car selected. Top of the line for its year and in great shape plus I am buying the extended warranty. This bank not only offered less than half the funding she secured though we are paid the same and my credit is higher, but then this bank sent me a letter making false claims about my credit though it acknowledges my credit is over 760.Opening the account was easy and Janet was efficient if a little impersonal. However I have felt discriminated against and definitely have been wronged and I HAVE NOT EVEN MOVED MY MONEY AND BUSINESS ACCOUNTS. Looking at the reviews I now see this bank is run potentially more disastrously than the first. I will be offering them professional services but I cannot recommend this bank at this time. I warned them that fair and equitable treatment and no discrimination against me (I have a Hispanic name) was a point of blank must for getting ALL of my business. This was ignored and furthermore slanderous lies said as justification. I am considering involving an attorney at this time of writing.Steer clear... There are plenty of other banks.Stay away from UKFCU as well. But sadly to say this is not the bank to switch to. Very very disappointed. I have never been denied a freaking car loan or asked for a 50% deposit. I always pay EVERYTHING and have a CR 750 to 780. I can only think this was pure discrimination either for my name or because I am male. Nothing else makes sense.Good day to you.

Poor customer service. The app and website are both painfully outdated. They will not hesitate to assess late fees even when you pay with autopay! How does that even happen? It’s the system! Go elsewhere!

This new online is crazy. Buttons not working well either does not give you check #. Hope this get Ironed out I bet my 84 year old mother is in a panic. they do not know even how to us the phone.

The absolute worst customer service of any bank. The worst app, the worst business practices, and the most outdated bank in America. If you like your card information stolen repeatedly this is the bank for you.

They was rude, told me since I wasn't a member I couldn't cash a check that was wrote from their member. After sitting in line for 15 minutes. If you're not a member you're not welcome into their banks. Horrible customer service of any bank I've ever visited

Most amazing place & people to work with. Bought my car through Members Heritage & they've been excellent in every way. Last year, my own bank wouldn't give us a loan to replace our heating system in the middle of winter. I walked into Members Heritage & got a loan large enough to replace our heating system & garage door. They handed me cash enough to fix what we needed in less than 30 minutes. High praise for Members Heritage & the people there whom truly care about other's.

Been with MHCU for 35 years, since it was known as the IBM Employees Federal Credit Union. No reason to bank elsewhere, they have serviced all my share account and loan needs; on my 4th home mortgage with them. Only fees I've ever paid is for a cashier's check or a 1st mortgage. It's basically free banking!

I want to share that I have been with MHFCU for more than 20 years. My issue is how they find ways to take your money with hidden fees. For example, there's a transfer fee. That is absolutely ridiculous considering this wasn't so some years back.

Very friendly staff, always helpful and courteous. I've been banking here for almost ten years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my money. The only mistake they've ever made is accidentally giving me more money than they should have. They were very apologetic and didn't even ask for the money back because of their mistake!

This is the the most crappiest financial institute ive ever encountered!! Bad place to do business with as when something happens in the electronic world that messes your world up and you submit papers from the origination saying it was there mistake(pay-pal) they dont accept it and charge you service charges right on. We got charged three service charges per check for three checks and the most recent is a 25.00 charge for .33 cents from paypal . They hit us for 500 n service charges in two weeks over a mistake pay pal and Geico made and they didnt care and they submitted paperwork stating it was their fault) and didnt want to hear about it either! I mean a real bad place to do business with!! Stay away!
