They can handle basic banking. anything else like customer service and follow through; look elsewhere. I asked via email if they needed any more information from me I received no response. Ten days later I get a nasty gram requesting x, y and z or else.

First time doing any business here well trying to anyway. I get a certified check from one of there clients witch was told as long as I was there before 5:00 they would cash it no problem. I literally met her in the parking lot and walked in to cash it the same teller who told her she would cash it no problem told me she couldn't cash it bring it back tomorrow. So I take it back today and I'm told we can't cash that through the drive through. Now it take it back on Monday the customer service of members on Custer drive and members way is absolutely horrible I'll stick to my regular bank if that is how the credit union works they can keep it. I highly do not recommend this credit union and if I ever get this check cashed I will never except another from members credit union I will loose out on a project before I go through this again ?

Out of all the banks I have been too. They are number one. They will help you as long as you talk with them.

Hard to reach them when you call. Hold time is 15 minutes. I called today speaking to one of their representatives she hung up when I was asking about one of their app features. I've been very disappointed with their customer service.

I’ve been a member with this credit union for awhile. I like it so far, I just wish it had some of the perks of my old credit union, such as more locations, lobby open on the weekends (pimlico location).

Took my mother to get money from the ATM. The process was efficient. The writing on the touch screen was outdated looking, though. The parking lot is a bit confusing the first time I navigated through it.

This Bank steals money from your accounts! They will charge you for using your own funds basically common theavery and should be prosecuted at the full extent of the law. This is not a safe bank. Your better off keeping your money at home in a safe!
