They use strategies to try and trap you. They use false advertising with signs that say no contracts but when you try to have the phone you purchased from them and you paid for the device in full switched to another provider they refuse to unlock the phone. Worst company I have ever encountered. They force you to take legal actions for them to do the right things.

It is the worst company I have ever met. They force you to take legal action to make them do the right thing.

Some of the kindest and understanding people work here. They work with you and aren’t judgmental at all. One of them speaks kindly and calmly to you the entire time, his patience was impeccable. We were there for such a long time because of some complications but he worked with us the whole time and explained anything we were confused on.

The staff here was unhelpful both times I went. The instructions I was given were incorrectly stated and I was forced to do an online search of what to do, which ultimately told meI needed to bring my phone into a store to be fixed- I took myself and phone to T-Mobile and they quickly helped me and fixed my problem and offered a better deal per month

I just upgraded from thus store. Azam was a great help. I upgraded after a couple years and he helped me understand new technologies and new phones and help me choose the right iPhone
