Live in Richmond and so glad they shut that store down!!! What a breath of Fresh Air walking into this location. Owner is MORE than Welcoming, No Pressure,Easy to deal with and so,so Nice. Goes above and beyond the normal experience to make sure all is right. I will never go anywhere else!!! Pimlico Parkway location!!!

This is not the regular Metro PCS I go to and I am glad I came here by chance. My daughter broke her phone so she needed a replacement. Sonny hooked us up with a great deal on my daughters first iphone. The process was quick and easy. 10 out of 10 recommended.

First time I walked in . Sonny helped me get a great deal . Unlimited data for 34 dollars a month . Now that’s a good deal . Definitely go to this location . Sonny was very nice and professional . Check them out definitely. If you’re looking for cheap insurance this is the way to go .

Went to the on pimlico parkway location, greeted by Sonny to have phone serviced and it was far gone. Sonny help us with the purchase of another phone and was very pleasant and helpful. Very satisfied with the service I received.

I've been a customer with Metro since before T-Mobile got involved. I have had very little problems in the past. Until my local Metro store closed permanently and I had to go to a store in Lexington kentucky. Where, when I tried to upgrade my phone at the end of the transaction they were trying to charge me $100 extra dollars that they called an in-store fee. I've upgraded many phones in the past 8 years being with Metro and never once have I ever had to pay any kind of in-store fee. So if you're a Metro cup customer and you're in that Lexington area, avoid the pimlico road metro store it all cost because they are ripping people off for $100 at a time. And for this reason I will be switching to a different carrier. So long metro.

went in here yesterday. last time I was there was 3 years ago. my Raider Homie remembered me and I got the new moto g 5g. my old moto g play was on its last legs but was still going strong. transferred all my stuff over to the new phone and once I got it all set up I am as happy as can be! be smart always get a case and a screen protector! he recommends them because they work!
I had a lot of questions before I made the purchase and he answered all of them easily, quickly, and professionally! and yet with that personal touch that you only get from truly competent and friendly people. if you don't want a contract this is the place to go!
