Clean, organized, good prices, and right now awesome Christmas clearance!!! I don't find parking to be the easiest is this lot. Idk what was happening in the cashier's life, but she was not happy to be at work. And she did not care about customer service. I don't wish anything upon her but joy. Michael's, if you're reading this, take care of her please.

I just needed a hot glue gun, all the glue was the same width so i figured it would match the gun... nope. They were out of the glue that matched the gun so i have to take another trip back. If I could wait a couple of days i would have just ordered online, apparently that's the only safe way to do things. You have to stand in line at the register to ask for any assistance and even then you are an afterthought. Por kids are probably on minimum wage so I can't blame them just management. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT order anything online that's on sale on their website if you have any hope at all of receiving it as a pick-up inside/curbside purchase.According to an Assoc at this store, Michael's as a Corp does not keep proper inventory of their items avail in the store which are avail for curbside/in-store pick-up. Worst of all, they go ahead and take your money out of the bank immediately to pay for the items you've ordered (which they've oversold & have no intention of fulfilling) because the orders are filled on a first-come/first-served basis. Yet it takes up to FIVE business days to return the funds to the customer's bank once they realize they made a mistake?! Meaning the customer not only does NOT get their items from Michael's at all, but they have no other recourse than to wait up to 5 business days to have their money returned so they can buy it elsewhere.This just happened to me for the 2nd time on Christmas Night, but at least I know now that it's not a store-level problem; it's Corporate! I completed a survey in grave detail outlining this problem. Their response? Another survey. No apology, no compensation for the trouble, no assurances that they're investigating the prob and seeking solutions. Just.....nothing.And as for their rewards system, it's great in theory. But the last three times I shopped there (and was sure to give them my info) NONE of my purchases wound up in my rewards account so that's a useless "benefit".The store itself runs as well as possible given the general lack of employees that many Corps are facing right now. It's even kept relatively clean, the employees are helpful and items are easy to find..... IN STORE ONLY!!

I dropped by today for five custom frames. I went to the framing area and had multiple store clerks walk past me without offering to help. Eventually, I got some of the frame options off the wall while I waited. I finally selected the frame and still had no one offer to help. I pressed a button at the end of the counter. A clerk (that had definitely walked by at least twice) came to the counter. When I asked about getting frames done, she said she didn't have a "framer" on duty until 1. This was around 10:30. I asked if there was anything she could do to help me or facilitate the order, she said no. She didn't offer to retain the documents for framing or write down the options I liked. I could understand if she couldn't measure or offer a price/estimate. She literally offered to do absolutely nothing. She did not apologize, take my number, promise a call, or even offer me a piece of paper to write down the options. While I was in the store for thirty plus minutes, no one greeted me or offered assistance. After being irritated about the interaction after a couple hours (ironically around 1), I called the store to speak to the manager to let them know about the lousy interaction. A manager came to the phone but did not say their name. When i asked their name, she said, "This is the manager on duty right now." That seemingly confirmed that the manager on duty was the same clerk that refused service at the framing department. I'm glad that she was not concerned about the sale because she officially lost it.

Nice store. If you are going to return items from online , don't come in because they have trouble with the machines returning online items. Been like this since 2010 that I know of.
