Hello my name is Donna and I just wanted to take the time to leave a review regarding the wonderful service I received at the 40509 location by employees Tom and Alicia. I came in before my medical school interview and didn't know what I needed for my portfolio or where to even start. They helped me find exactly what I didn't know I needed and had the kindest advice. They are truly valuable members of your team and I just wanted you all to know.

I had an interview early the next morning and submitted an online document request, but didn't realize it was after 2pm. Max at the front was extremely helpful and courteous. He expedited my order and made sure I had it ready for the next morning. Big thanks to him and the staff!!

I had an issue with emailing documents! The management on duty was very helpful in getting a refund back onto my credit card!

Had a bunch of "back to school" supplies to purchase so I decided to do it online for curbside pick up instead of spending ages in the store and searching for the exact items my kids' teachers requested. It went great! I found just about everything I needed, in stock and at great sale prices. I had a little hiccup with one item missing from my bags at pick up but when I let them know, the manager, Jennifer, took care of it super quickly and made it really really easy. I will definitely keep shopping here and doing school supplies via online/curbside.
