They are deliberately rude, disinterested, and cannot be trusted with anything they promise you.
If you have to use their printing service, please prepare: They don’t want to be there, they don’t like that you’re there, they are going to be rude, they will not be helpful over the phone, they will not be helpful in person, and if they promise your project will be done tomorrow a new set of people will be there to be difficult, lie to you, and start the process over again.
Be your best advocate if you have to work with this awful company.

Currently standing in the store and was given horrible attitude by the associate at the print desk who said because I have a release code I HAVE to use the self service. She then finished with her guest, completely ignored me and the guest at the self service (who had to ask an older male associate for help because he didn't know how to do what he wanted and the female was more intent on ignoring people). I'm still currently standing here 10 minutes later still waiting to print my one page of paper and she hasn't even enquired if my order was large or small. Hopefully the other female associate will be more than helpful than the older looking Asian associate.

Worst Office Depot ever!!
I come to this location, because it's close to home. But I guess I'll put on a good podcast and go the extra few miles and journey on to another location.
The staff rarely speaks when they see you. I always go to self serve. This morning, I approach the area and there's 2 associates. They were so busy complaining about a "Michelle" that they couldn't bother to stop and say good morning or ask if I needed assistance. They complained the whole time I was there making copies.
How hard is it to train associates to acknowledge customers?

I came in to purchase two items. I did have a couple of questions but the person working in the store who was very nice but could not help or could she find someone to answer my questions. Why do I bother to go to that location???

Online they sell Xerox Ink. Their printers that they use as a company use Xerox Ink. They do not carry Xerox Ink in stores.

The Office Depot to the right on new circle road….next to Burlington store.
I am impressed how the mangers and workers care about their customers. Instantly asking if I need help, the store was VERY clean. Fast check out. Friendly & kind workers.

The staff did not help at all and there was a paper jam every few pages and then Noone would help fix it do not ho to make copys and its overpriced in there for what the product is
