This place is a joke. My bank has been trying to reach them for 2 days about verification on a home sell check we received and for 2 days nobody has reached anyone at that bank. Finally I got through to a call center out of Indiana. He even tried calling the branch and said nobody answers. Does anyone work at this bank? Is it empty? Did you not pay your phone bill and get cut off. What an embarrassment.

They say they are a top bank but it took 3 hours on hold just to be hung up on and me emailing the branch manager to be able to get ahold of someone and they claim to work with people and "Life happens" they do not work with you even if a situation is beyond your control I understand it is a bank and there are rules policies and procedures but if only 1 person get to make a decision for you and when asked for another request or another person make that decision you are told no I'm just glad I do not house all my money at this bank. I financed at the dealership and this was the bank I was given so it wasn't my choice to use them in the beginning.

Matt Walters is the best mortgage officer in Lexington. We’ve done two loans with him and he’s beaten everyone else each time, plus he’s been the most responsive mortgage officer I’ve ever dealt with. Process was as painless as getting a mortgage can be, and he’s always looked out for our best interests.

Follow up from management and the knowledge of their Relationship Bankers leaves a lot to be desired. So I had to go back and get a check I left to be despaired because they did not and did not know how to modify legally added DBA’s. I was very frustrated and they didn’t have anyone to call for help and assistance. So I took it to my normal bank and it was not a problem at all. It’s not likely we will continue to do business with this bank. They need more experienced staff and they need to be more customer-centric to survive in this market.
