Sold to them several times, always reasonable with what they pay out. I always get store credit & they offer more that way. Always organized & clean. Went yesterday for some winter items, great selection. Always fair on pricing, they even lowered the price of one item for me because she said it looked like it was priced wrong (so appreciative of that!) Just always a great experience shopping here.

Always love going to OUAC Lex! The workers are a great help when you need it and as long as it’s in season, the almost always buy atleast half of what I bring.

This location is well organized but I feel like some of the clothes are pricey, and there are no shopping carts to put kids in.

Kelly and Rebecca sit outside and smoke on their vape all morning and judge women. They really wanna talk AND laugh at people nstead of taking care of a loyal customer. Today was horrible as well so I'm doing a review this time to let people know they judge you, not on what you bring into the store either in YOU AS A PERSON SO IF YOU LOOK BAD THAT DAY YOUR MAKING NO MONEY. Losing money and a loyal customer FOREVER. never again will I go to that store in Lexington ky, platos closet is ram by the same mananger and that store is horrible as well. I would rather drive to Ohio where I get treated better. Once upon a child owner , you're losing out on a lot of money behind these women

2 stars simply because I have found some great items there for my boys.
On the other hand, I'd give a 0 star rating for their buying capabilities. I guess because my items aren't all name brand Abercrombie, vineyard vines, or whatever crap else they sell for $15 an item that sits on their shelves. I'm always told, we're not buying *seasonal wear* then what the hell are you buying? There's a kid2kid opening soon and I'll be taking my business there. Good luck.

If you plan to take your stuff here plan to get close to nothing for things that are almost brand new and resold for $80. Takes more gas to take the stuff there than what you get.

Unfortunately losing a long time customer. I have tried selling multiple times in the last couple of months and get told there is a storage odor every time. There is no odor. These are freshly washed clothes in open bags. It seems to be laziness on the part of the buyers. I’ve been selling and buying with this business since 2017… there has never been an issue until the last couple of months.

Don’t bother. The girl behind the counter told me there were leaves and debris in the clothes I brought in…I looked through the entire thing when I got home and there’s not a single scrap of a leaf in there?? What a strange thing to lie about. She also dumped out all the puzzles I brought in (I think 5 separate puzzles), and mixed some of another person’s stuff into mine. I have one child, a son, and there was a random dress in my stuff when I got it back. Everything was just dumped back into the containers I brought in with no thought or care. Skip this location, it isn’t worth the hassle.

The workers there had a bad attitude. The workers behind the counter acted and talked like they didn't want to be there. The workers on the floor were nice.

Literally nothing but a horrible experience!
Drove over an hour with 3 boxes of clothes.
Items brand new even with tags.
Said they wouldn’t take anything the first time because of well loved clothes or stains (90% of stuff was never touched or worn)
When I told her that was impossible bc it’s mostly new stuff
she said it had an odor.
Again never been worn.
So that made zero sense.
They are obviously just lazy and don’t want to do their jobs.
This has to be one of the easiest jobs on the planet
DO BETTER !

I used to come here all the time, but I guess I'll be going elsewhere because they told us twice in the same week that the clothes we brought smelled first like "storage" whatever that's supposed to smell like. I didn't think they had a smell at all, but brought them home, washed them the very next day, brought them back as soon as they were dry, and they said they smell like mildew. They obviously don't after being washed the same day ? personally, I think they just didn't want to go through the two bags I brought in. Especially since they never even opened the second bag.

Cannot say enough about this location and staff. Amazing customer service and they make selling/buying so easy! Just like the once upon of child website, the buying and selling process was just as explained and clear!

I LOVE this place!!! WIDE variety of sizes and styles, always having a sale, and the employees and customer service is absolutely OUTSTANDING!!!!
