I had an overall fantastic experience. They gave me a fair estimate, followed through with everything on the quote and even went above and beyond with their work! Took my truck bumper off to paint it, found damaged and even missing hardware, Jason repaired the damaged bracket and installed missing bolts. The paint job was outstanding! An outstanding experience from beginning to end! I had some dents and scratches on my aluminum body Ford F-150. I happened to find Paint Solutions online and drove in without an appointment. Jason was so friendly and knowledgeable. His looked over the vehicle and I had an estimate that day. The price was very good and they were clear on the timing. When it came time to leave my vehicle, it was done right on time, exactly when they said it would be.The work is fabulous! My truck looks great and you can’t see any signs there was ever a problem. I brought my Mercedes into 3 body shops for an estimate. Paint Solutions was the 1st place I went. Jason was very honest with me about the damage and explained what it would take to repair it. I had no idea how much work goes into fixing a dent in the door! The other 2 shops barely even talked to me, had an attitude of being too busy to care. Two weeks later, when I came back by to talk to Jason, he actually remembered my name and joked with me about if I had put another dent on the other side to match. So I chose Jason and I am so glad I did! His work is impeccable. You’d never know I had that ugly dent in the door! While he was working on the repair, his office manager Rhonda, kept me informed and answered all my questions. The shop reminds me of the shoe store my Grandparents used to run. Very personable and makes you feel like family. I came to him based off his reviews and I now know why he is rated so high; he’s truly a master at his craft at an affordable price. If I could give him 10 stars I would .

Jason and Ronda are genuine and professional people. Ronda greeted me with a smile and Jason stopped what he was doing to shake my hand. Their price was very fair (a few hundred dollars cheaper than my first estimate) and the work was exceptional. I’ve never had a go-to body shop/nor one that I fully trusted until now. This is the place you want to take your vehicle to have body work performed. The people are fantastic, the prices are spot-on, and the workmanship in the repair is superb! Don't let the larger shops bluff you into believing they are better because they are bigger, or that their work is better because they have flashy signage; Jason's work at Paint Solutions makes the other places pale in comparison. THIS IS THE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR.

Jason worked his magic on my 1967 Corvette Coupe. His attention to detail is remarkable. Its been a little over 4 years since it rolled out of his shop and as I do normal maintenance on it, I continue to be amazed at the work he did on areas that are out of normal view. After receiving an estimate for over $1600.00 from another shop for a simple scrape that occurred in a downtown parking garage, I went by their shop for an estimate and am so glad I did. Jason and Ronda are honest, fair, and just all around great people. Jason was able to remove the scrape marks immediately with his expertise and did so cost-consciously. In an industry known for gouging, if you are looking for an honest, locally owned shop who won’t take advantage of you and the bad luck that has befallen your vehicle, I can’t more highly recommend Paint Solutions Autobody Company!!

Jason did an incredible job with the dent on the driver's side fender of my 2020 Toyota Camry. He even cleaned up the rest of the car and I thought it was a completely new car when I picked it up. They also gave me the best pricing in the area and Rhonda was a joy to speak to on the phone and via email. Ronda and Jason are the absolute best! This shop is better than the Lexus dealerships in both Lexington and Cincinnati. I cannot recommend them more. Quick, friendly, courteous, and not all the typical nuances of having your car repaired.
