Food was horrible. I dont even wanna talk about the wings we had to air frye them again. Pizza seemed barely cooked. But blame myself i barely order from pizza hut but i thought um lets give it a try. Yeaaa… no!

Very disappointed in the change to Pizza Hut's delivery area. This store is 3.9 miles away from me, or about 10 minutes. I used to get delivery from this store. I don't know when the radius was reduced by I'm frustrated by it. I didn't order from Pizza Hut much over the years because I experienced repeated terrible service and terrible food. I wanted to order from them again to give them another chance, and it said that both of the stores that are close to me don't deliver to me anymore. Figures. I called the store to confirm and they said the delivery area was covering a smaller area. Several people I know are the same distance away as me and they can also no longer get delivery.

Microwave would out pizza this hut...food resembles the picture somewhat but definitely smaller...order was moving around a bunch in the box...picture was a full box not half full.Called in and basically told that sorry we try

Ordered through DoorDash so I can't speak to service or atmosphere, but the food arrived on time, hot, and delicious. The whole office loved it!

No wonder this location has such a low rating! The people working are super rude! I don't know how they still have a job here. Do not buy here!! The food was ok.

I spoke to the manager after trying To order pasta with cheese sticks and extra cheese. She said there was no way to do extra cheese on the order, yet Richmond Road Pizza Hut had no problem whatsoever doing so. The manager was rude and very unaccommodating.

Always get my pizza here never a complaint from me just one time tho my pizza wasn't really cooked all the way but it's okay tho probably a new person or busy day still ... still love this pizza place

I love Pizza Huts pizza! I will say that I have tried many different pizzas at different pizza places and Pizza Hut is still my favorite one of all. Although I ordered online and didn't get stuffed crust this time all my fault I don't know what I was thinking I guess I was thinking they already knew to make it stuffed crust but the pizza was amazingly good anyways. I gave four stars because you guys took out the salad bar. Pizza Huts salad bar was the bomb everybody loved that salad bar. It had red kidney beans and sunflowers not to mention blue cheese made right. Bring it back please!!

They did great, service was fast and correct. If you look at these 1 star reviews the food literally looks just fine its just not EXACTLY how the spoiled babies wanted.

I didn't get what I ordered and paid for but when I called to let them know and they made we so kind and friendly about situation and resolved my problem
