Do not use wire transfers from PNC. My experience with PNC Bank was awful. The bank charged me $50 for a wire transfer. In their document, it was mentioned that it takes 10 days to be in the designated account. After 10 days, the money with a $25 deduction was returned back to my account. The bank charged me $75 for nothing. This is not a good bank service. If PNC Bank cannot handle a wire transfer in 2024, this service must be omitted. Also, the knowledge of employees in this PNC branch was very limited about this specific service. PNC Bank can charge its customers X, Y, Z, ... amount to provide the wire service. However, there is no guarantee to have the complete services after paying those charges (X, Y, Z, ..).
It is like telling a person: Man/Sir I am putting my hand in your purse/wallet to pick up some of your money, and I am not stealing money from you because I told you about it".

Do not go to this pnc. Not helpful. Racist. Horrible service. Dishonest. Closing my pnc acc because of them.

Dishonest. I opened a PNC cash rewards credit card account at this branch. Consultant: 1) failed to mention that I would get a bigger cash reward amount if I opened up the credit card online. 2) Never assigned the cash reward promised (the lower amount) to the credit card which forced me to call PNC bank directly and escalate a complaint. My issue hasn't resolved yet. I hope it does soon.

Teller was such a Karen 2 forms of ID and a 10% fee for cashing a check then gave me 700 dollars worth of 20s I'll take my checks I get drawn on PNC bank to Wal-Mart to cash from now its cheaper and definitely friendlier

Usually always have a good experience at this branch. However ever since Ms. Whitley left this location the service and knowledge from the workers here has gone down hill!Lisa working the front on this Saturday inside the branch really couldn't answer my questions.

Over the last few months we have needed an inordinate amount of assistance and service from the local PNC on Euclid. Not once have we experienced anything but warmth and professionalism from the staff. What a wonderful resource for us and our community.

I went in today to cash a check drawn upon this bank. As I did not have an account they charged me 2% . I was looking for a new place to Bank.........Guess what PNC you just lost my business..... Oh and I will spread the word You can BANK On it.....
