I'd prefer to put zero stars the lady in the office is very rude and didn't not want to help me she kicked me out cause i didn't know the exact deposit amount to verify myself it's a shame do not go there please new management or shut them down

Do not go here if you need to use the drive thru ATM. No matter what time of day, homeless people are always outside hanging around it. I just went at 11:30am and one was sitting in front of it on the phone. This is the closest branch to me and I won't go back.

Just took them 30 minutes to make a simple withdraw from my checking account in the drive through and they even shorted me by $200. Not the PNC quality I'm used to.

On the Saturday before the holiday weekend, they only had one teller on duty. That teller was forced to cover both drive thru lanes and a lobby completely full of frustrated customers. A lady came out and announced that she could not help us because she was a banker and not a teller. The average wait time was over 30 minutes with several customers getting exasperated and leaving. I asked the "banker" lady to look up my loan number which she did. I told her that PNC had bought out my loan and that I was not able to access the online account. She announced in a loud voice...your PAST DUE AMOUNT is $(#*@ She smiled while I stared...my loan was due 4 days ago and still within my grace period....How incredibly RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.....why anyone intentionally signs up for an account here is beyond me.
