I have been banking with PNC for the past 14 years. Went to this location to deposit some money and asked if I could used the restroom and the 3 women at the desk told me the best thing to do is go across the street to a nearby restaurant. This is the only bank I know of that does not have a restroom for its customers. What a shame! I am considering leaving this bank.

All workers were nice, Mr. Nathan Mays was the banker who helped me out and explained everything for me and I really appreciate that. I will definitely come again to see you guys.

In banking you want to be able to rely on who has your money this bank is not reliable be sure to keep up with all cash deposits at the teller transactions may appear to be correct as they smile in your face but not always I have been with pnc for years and I'm fet up and closed my account today and would suggest you be very careful and keep an eye on your money....

Stopped in there today to withdraw money from my account I deposited two checks last night in my small business amazing contractors and a little young guy there decided he didn’t want to approve it .. so I went across town to Harrodsburg Road and got what I wanted and he is a very rude person working in that bank off of Winchester road tried telling me that I didn’t deposit funds and get my money the next day usually I’ve been doing it for many years

***I meant this review for the PNC Bank in Winchester. My review posted to the branch on War Admiral Way, probably because the Winchester branch is closed.) Moved to Winchester three years ago and joined PNC Bank because we travel and wanted a national bank with branches in numerous other cities. Other banks in Winchester are limited to local or a small Ky region. Had three different experiences where PNC deposited our money in someone else's account (ouch!!) or could not accept a wire transfer from an out of town bank into our account! Asked to speak to the manager twice, and was told he would call me - but he never did. Left two voice messages to the manager's phone requesting call back for discussion - no call back ever. Heard that manager left for some reason - hmmm. Then we got notice they were closing this branch. So now we have PNC accounts and no local branch. Not happy. Will likely change banks and transfer our accounts after we research which might be best when we are in town, or in Lexington, or traveling out-of-state. Recommendation?

We went to open an account for my son. Waited for quite sometimes for the person in charge to do so to show up. After a ( long wait) here she is. She asked my son for two forms of identifications which he had ( Id, birth certificate, and social security). For some unknown reasons she wanted a different type of ID like a pay card or a school ID. Wow. So asked us to comeback with one of the two to be able to open an account. So what we did is take our business somewhere else. ??their loss. Open a checking and a savings account with a different bank in less than 15 mn.

This bank is a joke. Went in to cash a check and knew I'd be paying a fee, I have gone to several places and have been able to do this. The lady with red hair was very rude and made a point to roll her eyes and smart off. Very unprofessional and ruined my whole day. I'd never ever go here or even open a bank account here.

This bank is the best bank in the bluegrass. Customer service is top notch here. Would recommend all my friends and family to go here. Lee runs the branch very well and is always helpful.

I went in to close my account with this bank today for no other reason than I started working for a credit union and bank through them now. i have been with pnc for years and have never had a problem, however today i had a bad experience. while trying to close the account, I waited to be seen by a banker and once I was seen, the banker told me they need me to pay the negative balance on my account (which was only negative from not having used the account in a few weeks and the "calculated service fee" they charged me). the banker had me pull the money from my other bank at the atm to pay my negative balance, told me they cannot do a cash advance, which is funny because I work for a credit union and we do cash advances just fine. as I was at the atm, the banker left and went to lunch, but not before taking the debit card and telling another banker he'd do it tomorrow. customer service is key in banking. absolute key, and leaving in the middle of helping someone and waiting to close an account until the next day so you can go to lunch is not good customer service.

Just a heads up if you try to cash a check at PNC Bank and you do not have an account there even if the other person does they want to charge a 2% fee. This is as of April 22. Sorry if you bank with PNC but I'm seriously unimpressed. Every time I go in there I have issues trying to get anything done. The customer service is awful. I don't even bank here and I only go when I have to. Problems is every time. I can't imagine.
