Whenever I would get phone calls about my unit the people were very rude. The issues they would call about were nothing major but they always had a rude and condescending tone.

I had heard good reviews of this place from other students looking to store their belongings over summer months and the customer service was wonderful when I walked in looking for a unit. I was nervous to leave all of my stuff for the summer with no access to it as I live hours away but the location was perfect and the employees had been very helpful. Everything was great for the first 2 months until they sent an email that they would be adjusting my rate and would be increasing it 63%. I tried to get a hold of a representative multiple times to see if there was a mistake since my rate increased so drastically despite only being there 2 months. I was told multiple times I would be getting a call back from a manager and never did. Since I was too far to do anything, I was forced to pay it. I understand rates need to increase from time to time, especially for long term customers but I had signed my lease for the unit just a few months prior with the understanding that I would only be there for the summer. I probably wouldn't have left a review because the unit itself worked out great and my only issue was the rate increase and lack of response from the team. But after 7 emails and 3 texts (many of which were weeks after I had moved out), I decided to leave a review.

Convenient location and helpful staff. It was a seamless and easy process to rent storage for our daughter's belongings so we didn't have to haul it all back home for the summer only to return it when UK starts back up! Highly recommend!
