Propane near Lexington, KY

“I placed my propane order on 11-28-25 with a latest delivery date of 12-10-25. I was on the schedule to be delivered on 12-11-25. The driver ran out of time and did not deliver my propane. I was NOT added to the next business day delivery or even the second day. When I called to ask when it would be delivered, Debbie the phone customer service rep, told me I was no more important than anyone else and hung up on me. I would like a delivery date for propane I have already paid for. I have been a customer for 13 years. Terrible customer service!

Jenny the manager contacted me after I emailed. She advised they do not condone the behavior of the customer service representative. It is being handled internally. Jenny resolved my issue. I have updated my review.”

“Have rented moving vehicles from them periodically over the years. Never really had an issue. More recently I came in without reservations due to a unforseen need for a truck. The young man was able to quickly find just what I needed. I know that without a reservation that usually can't happen and some of it was luck. But he still worked quickly to get me a truck that had literally just been returned. I appreciate that. We will be using their service again later this month to move my son back to college.”
