My family and I have been buying cars at Quantrell since 1987. Customer Service has always been first rate from purchase, to service throughout the life of our cars. Should you have an unfortunate accident requiring body work, they have some of the most capable of craftsmen in the industry. Really folks what they offer in service and support is unfortunately no longer the norm. I could list numerous positive experiences I had with Quantrell in 40 plus years but I never had an experience where I left unsatisfied. Finally, the support of their family helping those less fortunate in the central Kentucky region should also be commended. If you are looking for a new or used car and want to deal with people that balance your interests with their profits, you can’t go wrong with the Quantrell group.

We recently purchased a preowned Outback from Jason Watson. We have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years and one just a few months before at a large local dealer. Our experience with Quantrell, specifically Jason, was the best by far. He was honest, kept his word, and went above and beyond. I was really impressed when we had a minor software issue that wasn’t caught in the preinspection and needed a repair. Jason could have said we were on our own, but even though the sale was finished a few weeks earlier, he walked us through that process and offered a loaner. That is 1000% more than what we experienced at the place where price sells cars. I felt respected, seen, and heard. I just can’t say enough. I will definitely return here for future automotive needs.

The most straightforward and professional car buying experience I’ve had. Randy G was extremely responsive from the beginning and consistent with all communications & timelines through out the process. Questions, pictures, information, test drives, pricing etc. all were straightforward, to the point and honest. When a couple unforeseen items came up last minute Randy was quick to remedy, finding fair solutions we all walked away feeling good about.

Bought a used vehicle from here and told me i was able to refinance to lower my interest rate with them , when it comes time for me to, i try to call , message their finance team and left voicemails, all of them dodged or ignored my calls, Will definitely purchase vehicles from somewhere else because me even buying a vehicle from them definitely screwed me

A little over a year ago, I came here looking for my next vehicle. A gentleman named Ransom worked with me and provided excellent service every step of the way. He worked with me to get the price I needed on a truck that was perfect for me, and is still going strong. Ransom didn’t know this, but I was in a tough place at that time…which is what made Ransom’s top notch service all the more appreciated. Will always recommend Quantrell, and Mr. Ransom. 5 stars!

Just drove off the lot in my new (to me) Camry. I can't overstate just how stress free and easy the whole process was. Big shout out to Randy G for all of his help. I got a really great car at a fair price. If you're in the market for a new ride, you won't go wrong with Quantrell.

Drove all the way from the east coast for a very specific used vehicle. I was in a unique situation with where I live most of the year vs where I usually keep my vehicle and where it’s registered, but Todd was able to help me and he came through to make things as smooth as possible. I highly recommend working with him as he seems like a genuinely nice guy and was able to work with me and my situation. Thank you, Todd!

Recently purchased a XC60 from Quantrell Volvo. They made the experience so good. Both Maddison and Jenni were fabulous to work with and not to mention Bob. I have had bad experiences in the past with another dealer in the area and they restored my faith and got me into what I wanted and even with a little hiccup, they made things right for me. Maddison knows her cars inside and out and should be someone you trust when you have questions between the various models and the technology available. Thank you for making our purchase positive!

Do you know what is worst than buying a new car? Buying a used one, ahh but not here. It was a very positive experience from the beginning to the end. It was well worth the drive up here from TN. I was treated well, no high pressure sales, no manipulation of numbers and the 4 box game most dealers make. My sales person Randy was great and fair. I only wished they were closer, next time I'm buying a car or truck, they are 1st on the list.

UPDATING THIS REVIEW FROM 5 STARS TO 1 STAR
I bought my car in October and while the car itself has been great I'm incredibly frustrated over the fact that I have been waiting WEEKS to be able to register my vehicle. My SECOND temp tag from this dealer is set to expire and they said they have not yet been able to mail the required information to the BMV.
