As a senior who’s driving my fifth Volvo, and this S-80 being the best car I’ve ever owned, I was pretty upset when I saw the damage to the right side a fallen tree had done.
Then, I’ll tell you what, when I saw it after Quantrell Collision Repair here in Lexington fixed it, I was amazed at how beautiful a job they’d done! It looked like it just came from the factory, like a brand new car.
Paul was great to work with and everybody was super friendly there. I’d give them all 10 stars if I could.

Paul Boelhauf was great to work with. I took my Volvo in with what I thought was going to cost around 800-1000 dollars but Paul was able to buff it out while I waited-for free! Scheduling was easy via text message and I got a next day appointment. Highly recommend.

Paul provided great service today. They fixed my bumper while I waited. It only took a few minutes and I was on my way again. This is the third time I've had repairs done at Quantrell collision and have always had great service and excellent work.

I did not end up getting any work done on my car at this shop. I called ahead of time to see if they repaired rust on the hood, roof and trunk of cars. The receptionist said that they did and that I could come anytime between 3-4pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays to get a quote without an appointment. When I arrived on a Thursday at 3pm I had a short wait time before somebody came and looked at my car. When the guy came to look at my car, I attempted to tell him what I was there to get a quote for and he talked over me and pointed out every flaw on the car. He also said that they do not do rust repairs. He then proceeded to point to the worst part of the car and say you didn’t even tell me about this, and this is the worst part. Unfortunately, I was not able to tell him about that spot because he wouldn’t stop talking and listen to what I wanted to get fixed to begin with. I told him that his receptionist had told me that they do rust repairs and he proceeded to try to upsell me to get more of my car painted. I ended up leaving because the customer service he showed me was disrespectful and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone take their car here.

My bumper had popped out from running over a shredded tire on the interstate. Paul at Quantrell was very helpful in getting it back in place and he even buffed out a couple of marks the tire had left. It was a simple fix (for him!) and all done so quick that Paul didn't end up charging me anything. Very knowledgeable, great service!

I had a body damaged on my vehicle and I took it here to fix but they didn't pay attention to the job.Over paintBugs under the paintDamage the other side of the vehicle and try to fix it.Misalignment part.So you can try it if you don't believe it. Good luck
