Excellent efficient and courteous service! Kelsey was an amazing phlebotomist! Normally they have a bit of trouble finding my veins but she had my blood drawn smoothly with a quickness that rivals a vampire! They brought me in right at the time of my appointment nice and brief. Thanks!

They do not have a walk-in policy. You walk in to schedule the next available appointment. I waited 55 minutes to get blood work. Ridiculous.

This company has a horrible billing/ customer service department. If you live on the East Coast they don't answer the phone until after 10 am if at all. But, you must go through the automatic questions and be on hold before you find out they are closed. They offer a financial assistance application but when you send it in they claim they never got it. The phone number on the bill is only automation, no real person even if you "hold on the line for a live person" If they bill your insurance company incorrectly, resulting in non payment, they wont correct it until you ask them ten times. Yes the the employees that do the work, billing and customer service rates among the all time worse for any company I have ever dealt with, including the cable company.

I’ve never been to their business, but my Doctor uses their services. I have never gotten a bill from them. I always get a notice from a collection agency. Poor business practices.

Automated system is horrible. I tried multiple times to reschedule my existing appointment to no avail. System needs updated to be more detailed when receiving voice prompts or add a feature where I can type my confirmation code. I speak extremely clear and the system still could not properly repeat my confirmation code. I will be a no-show to my appointment when it could have been filled by someone else.
