Can't say enough good about these guys, not a single instance have I ever been let down, or disappointed in anything that I have asked of them. Great ISP, and superb VoIP options available, at very good competitive prices... but still, they're a cut above all others just based on their level of support.

Be very careful on the contract terms when signing up with QX. Even after a request to cancel early within the 45 days, they not only charged us the full balance of the contract but tried to "auto-renew" even after cancellation. Very shady company.
