I hate to do this because usually I only review places to compliment great experiences, but we just had the rudest encounter we have ever had at any establishment. I also want to say I make a point of always being very kind and polite and never acting entitled or nasty to any employees. We chose 2 items that were on a sale rack which said "buy 2 for 5 dollars each." When they rang up for $15, I said "oh, we chose those from the rack that said (the above)." Rather than politely explaining the young female cashier VERY rudely said "if they were 5 dollars each they would have rang up as 5 dollars each! You wanna go read the sign again?! You can do that." Just absolutely the nastiest attitude for no reason.
To make it worse, she was disgustingly rude to a young mother holding a toddler that asked her for help directly after us and literally told her "NO" when she asked if someone could help her.
I'm appalled. No one deserves to be treated like that when they are in a store trying to support it by spending their hard earned money - especially when we did nothing rude to be treated that way.

Great plus size store, cute clothes, great quality. Nothing ab my review is ab the store itself. Now the staff. HA. one really sweet lady, had a conversation with her and was so sweet. But the other women, rude for absolutely no reason. I asked a question and she immediately snapped at me like I should have known the answer. I don’t reside in Lexington so I’m not aware of any store issues or policies or what is working and what’s not. My issue is she could have came across a lot nicer and easier then what she did. Idk just irritated me bad. I’m nothing but nice to staff and respect them but then you get people like this that are rude as hell.

If it says you close at 8 pm close at 8 pm why are you closing minutes earlier than 8 I tried to go in there and buy 10 pair of jeans and she seen me pulling up locked the door and tried to put her AirPods in she obviously didn’t want any money!

Rainbow use to be one of my favorite places to shop but they are always out of stock on 3x on almost everything.Why i stopped shopping there but thankfully there are other places with a better selection of sizes.

They don't have a big variety on clothing unless you're really skinny the plus sizes are just plain or really really straight there are no bathing suits no big variety for plus size girls

They have the best DEALS. I love this spot. Some cute lil outfits and accessories. You can get an entire outfit for 25 bucks. Great prices and cute styles.
