Witnessed a female walk in and out repeatedly shoplifting cosmetics. Drug dealing in the parking lot. And I’ve seen drug use in the past in the parking lot. Just be careful going in and out. Shady characters

Your employees could actually be NICE to the customers who spend their hard earned money there. After being checked out today, I said thank you to the cashier. He stared at me and didn’t say a word. I said thank you again, and he still just stared. So I said it a third time even louder and still nothing but a stare. The way I was treated in your store today is uncalled for and inexcusable.

My fiance was followed around late last night like he was going to steal something. We go to this riteaid every week, it's the main place we shop because we live so close. When he came home to tell me the encounter he had I was furious because we had a prior incident where we were being watched and followed, it's clear we haven't stolen anything so I don't understand why it keeps happening? I've worked at a shoe store before and I understand that you have to watch customers but following them around and making it abvious that your watching them makes for an uncomfortable experience. If you have a problem, say something. Thanks

Hard to be a bad Rite Aid, but this store pulls it off time and time again. They answer the phone every 1/10 times I call. They boast that the pharmacy is open 'til midnight but forget to mention they won't answer the phone for call ins at ANY time. This store is half a mile from my house but I frequently have to use another one out of necessesity.

The day pharmacist was rude and is childish. He was unprofessional and should have his license revoked in my view. I would double check anything you get there for your of peace of mind.
