    Our portable oxygen concentrator had a warning light we called Rotech around 10:30 PM on Nov 1st, 2025. Micheal called us back in 10 minutes and without questioned delivered an oxygen concentrator to our hotel. Micheal cares about Rotech's patients and is second to none. GREAT GUY and ASSET for Rotech.
