I kept all my stuff in one spot. Stupid, I know. I had an older external drive take a tumble which caused it to fail on me. I reached out to these guys and they were fast to respond, fast to help have it shipped out, and they worked meticulously on my drive and kept in touch with me through the process. The most important files I thought I lost - the last digital photos in existence of my parents who have passed on, the newborn pictures and videos of my son - have made their way back to me thanks to the help of these guys.

I agree 100% with all the 5 Star Reviews on the SDR site. In addition, everything SDR states on their website is true. My representative was Elliot but if Elliot was ever unavailable to talk, there was ALWAYS someone who would answer the phone and pick up my case to help. No wasted phone calls & SDR always replied to my emails. Everyone is patient, professional and just really nice. When you’re panicked & stressed and trying to think through options & impact, it’s nice to feel like someone totally understands what you’re going through and at the same time knows the solution and everyone at SRD does! Thanks to my customer service representative Elliot F. for being so helpful and knowledgeable. He was the representative that answered when I called and kept in touch with me through phone and email. It was nice to communicate with the same person throughout the whole process. He was really great at explaining how it all worked and keeping me updated as we moved through each process. The company was able to get all of my data back for me and ship it to me in a hard drive. I would recommend their services to anyone!

Great experience with my account manager Eric Dvorin. He was very responsive and explained the process very well up front.
