Maybe I came here in too excited, but I don't care, we don't have Shake Shacks in Jax, so I was excited when I saw there was a Shake Shack near my hotel. I opted to come here for lunch after I had a break in meetings. Upon entering I saw a huge menu. I love a good burger, and I love a burger that's thinner in nature...more like a smash burger versus a really big thick burger. I decided to get a double regular Shake Shack burger, a side of fries, and one of their seasonal milkshakes, a hot cocoa milkshake. When I was ready to order, I waited there a minute and then realized that you order at the kiosk versus someone taking your order. Once I placed my togo order I had a seat and waited. About 3-5 minutes later my meal was done. I headed back to my room. Once I opened up my meal, I was excited to see the burger was thin, the ends were a bit crispy, which I like and I dug in. It was delicious. It had the right amount of meat to bun ratio. I wish they had included the side of Shake Shack sauce like I requested at the time of ordering, but they didn't. The fries were OK. I'll be honest, they were fine, but I tend to like shoestring fries. My milkshake was delicious. It tasted like a chocolate milkshake, had some marshmallows on top and whipped cream and went well with the burger.

Other than the person who took our order (she was very nice and helpful) the food was not very good. Burgers and shakes are small for price. Fries were undercooked rubbery and cold. The atmosphere is noisy. Food delivery to tables was disorganized, and girl was more interested in her phone at times.

First time eating here, and it did not disappoint! Had to back down to one patty on my burger!? It was delicious, and so was the chocolate shake!? I couldn't eat it all!

Came in here 55 mins before close. Not even greeted when I came up to the register. I greeted the employee! I ordered a root beer float along with my mom. The root beer float was 6.24. Extremely underwhelming. The root beer to ice cream ratio is laughable. The blob of ice cream was melted before I sat down. I also used the restroom, I couldn't even barely figure out how to turn on the lights and there was no toilet paper! The dust in there was also overwhelming. Too bad. Glad I didn't order any food. I saw fries sitting under the warmer for quite some time. My mom was so disappointed she requested a refund. The manager was very polite, offered to fix it and refunded my mom's money.

Good hot ?. A real plus. The Korean flavor burger is a waste. As Korean. Good burger otherwise. ? the burgers are well done and good. We all left reasonably happy but poorer. Rather pricey. : ) Thanks, Uncle Joe.Parking: Not many places very close. May have to walk a bit.Kid-friendliness: It welcomes all kids. Young and old.

Customer service was rude. My order felt rushed because the person taking it was impatient throughout and prior to even ordering told me he was done with cash register and needed to go in the back. Other than that the food was great! Definitely recommend the cheese covered fries.

Love the automated ordering option, as well as mobile app ordering. There's vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. Having tons of food allergies, I love that I can order a burger on a gluten free bun, fries, and a dairy free shake. Clean, modern style and ample outdoor seating.

Not clean inside and the employees are extremely rude. Acts awful when you go up to the counter to order instead of the kiosks. They got my order wrong and said they didn’t feel like remaking it so they just handed me cheese and ranch for my fries. Lazy and rude. Displeased with my service.
