Shell has done a nice job of losing 75% of its stations in Lexington without replacing them.
I consider myself a loyal Shell customer for 25+ years.
So I have been to a few Shell stations. This one is the WORST. Their technology sucks. All the pumps have circa 2000 pump technology where you can’t hand code your Rewards information. I went to three pumps before giving up.
Then I sat there and held the pump in my car because it wouldn’t pump without manual intervention. A 10 minute gas station stop turned into 20 minutes.
TO THE OWNER OF THIS STATION: Invest in your station. Buy new pumps. The ones you have suck. Go to the station on Broadway. They get it. They are living in 2024.

Never easy to get gas here. Their equipment is poorly maintained and nothing works.

Always have to walk inside to get a receipt.The one at the pump never works

Quick in and out. You may have to go inside the store to print the receipt

Website says 5am to open I got there at 6am they still weren’t open and when I called the lady hung up on me for asking what time they open. Terrible customer service

I only pulled into here because I was running on fumes and it was conveniently close to the doctor's office. However the pumps don't allow Google pay. When I finally scan the card it only pumps about a third of a gallon and shut off. All the other pumps are apparently broken. I never have this problem at Speedway which is cheaper and 200 yards away. I know pumps can break but the fact that they don't offer Google pay is unacceptable. I won't be going to Shell again

Went in to get something to drink and seen the cold sandwiches went to go get one seen that the date had been wrote on it for next month picked it up and it was covered in mold

Great gas station!! It has everything you would possibly need! It also has the original slush puppie so it cant get any better then that!! The staff is extremely friendly as well!

Store is a great location and is clean, the CSR needs to check her attitude and work on there customer service. Be back in 3 months to edit review, hopefully you will resolve that.

Gas station usually has gas at all pumps, but not always. The food court inside has lost a lot product in the past eight months. The shelves are about 80% full on a good day. It's too bad because under the previous ownership this place was excellent.
UPDATE: 4-28-2021
Things here have turned around. The gas pumps are open and the food court has drastically improved. Four stars.

Unbelievably slow pump times. Probably the slowest in town. Slow enough to where sometimes I don’t have enough time to get gas.

Pumps are always slower than Christmas. Shell... you should maintenence your pumps
