I tried to pay at the pump, and neither the tap nor credit card reader worked. I went into the station, and I was told that they don't work sometimes. I asked about another pump, and the clerk said "They sometimes don't work too.". While talking with me, the clerk had a cell-phone playing YouTube or TikTok on the counter, with an ear bud in one ear.
I prepaid, and the pump said to remove the nozzle and select the grade, but it wouldn't allow me to select the grade of fuel. I went back in and explained, and the shift lead or manager came out, and he got it to work.

I stopped going here. It doesn’t look/feel clean, check out folks don’t seem very present or concerned with their work, slow checkout times, and it just doesn’t give the vibe of a safe environment. Nothing in particular -just antsy in my gut when I’m there.

Don't use there tire inflator machine it will charge you card and doesn't work. Walking in and explaining the situation. I was told it was only a 1.50 you lost.

I stopped going here. It doesn’t look/feel clean, check out folks don’t seem very present or concerned with their work, slow checkout times, and it just doesn’t give the vibe of a safe environment. Nothing in particular -just antsy in my gut when I’m there.

we live in the neighborhood near the shell so we got there quite frequently. this morning, for the 5th time, i asked for virginia tobacco juul pods and they gave me menthol. wtf

If I could give negative stars, I would. The people who work here are so rude. They are the worst I wouldn't give them a dime of my money again if it were the last gas station on the planet. Came in, said a cheerful hello to cashier. Black lady. Ignored me. I said how's your day. She rolled her eyes and turned away as soon as my transaction was over. Horrible. Will never ever go back. Thing is. This was not the first time I have experienced rudeness at this station... same cashier, this time she was speaking with another lady behind the counter. They acted like mean girls. Whispering laughing, rude never speaking to customers.Hate this place. No reason to br so rude and hateful.

One of the worst gas stations in Lexington. The employees are so rude and they only appear to be nice to the people that live in the apartments across the street.They never have the receipts loaded in the computers either. Always have to go inside.I'd rather run out of gas next time than to come here. Rather unfortunate because I live in the area.
