We have used this company for years with no issues, but after getting overbilled for number of boxes we shredded (they asked us how many and we told them, yet they increased the quantity by 200) and getting a $800 fuel 'SURCHARGE', I am done. How can you get up and look at yourself in the mirror knowing you are trying to bill $800 for 4 hours of on site shredding. You are here local and ironically I saw one of your trucks at the gas station and mentioned it must be expensive to fill up the tanks and the driver said, yeah, it is usually is $300 or more. So you are going to charge a surcharge (meant to OFFSET your cost) of nearly 3 times what it takes to fill up your truck. This is unethical at best. Despite trying to amicably resolve this issue with multiple emails and telephone calls, all I get is sorry. Well, the bills are still sitting on the corner of my desk, would like to settle up and move on to a more reputable company.

We would recommend Shred-it to anyone who needs this type of service. They arrive on time and driver has been very courteous and kind to our staff. They complete the job before they leave the site and you know the shredding was done. We are confident in this shredding company and with your staff. Thanks for all you do for us.

Very nice drivers. However, the office never tells the drivers that we close at 11am. What is the point of having an office if they don't talk to drivers? Poor guys....

Great service. But if you have a lot to pick up you will need to schedule ahead of time. The drivers sometimes will fuss if they have to pick up a lot at one time.

The drivers are AWESOME! Customer service and call center are not. They never do as asked or relay messages to their drivers regarding any changes to a pick-up.
