My experience was rather unique. My sleep number was delivered and installed but I had ordered a piece online that I didn’t need. The salespeople were instrumental in helping me sort things out. I return the piece and will be credited the cost to my account. While I was at the store I purchased a pillow. So far my I am sleeping better.

My family has purchased 5 beds from this store and its manager Melinda, even from a rental condo in Florida. We felt right at home as we were encouraged to test out mattresses and assess our needs. Now as my husband is struggling to put on his socks and shoes from the side of the bed Melinda directed me to the most logical mattress.

I purchased a sleepnumber bed, and it was delivered on 01 April 25. I love the sleep I get in it, but the scoring system it uses to rate your sleep needs a lot of work. About one third of the time it says i exited out of bed and did not give me a complete night sleep score. I have tried to contact the company to see if it was a problem with the bed, but they are conveniently hard to contact. I paid almost $6K and would expect better customer support. I will not be purchasing from this company in the future.

Steve with sleep number in the Fayette Mall in Lexington Ky was absolutely the best to work with on our purchase of a sleep number bed. He was very helpful with picking out the right pillows and accessories for our bed as well. He was very knowledgeable and shared his own experience with the product which helped us make the decision to purchase.

I was extremely happy with our shop at Sleep Number. Our salesperson Melinda, was so very helpful ! My daughter recommended the split sleep number, so both of my kids took us there. My daughter said she wished she had Melinda as her salesperson. She was so knowledgeable about the product and was able to direct us to the perfect model. She was so good that my son and his girlfriend went back the next day and bought the same bed!
If you are inclined towards a Sleep Number bed in Lexington, ask for Melinda!!! (FYI, we are not related!)
