I dropped my BC125AT in water and brought it here seeing if one of the guys could repair it. He's quite a brainy and amazing guy, he was able to and I never felt happier! I thought I'd have to spend 75 to send it to the manufacturer, but he only asked 20 for the fix. He's truly an amazing guy.

Better prices than other shops in the area, not the best professionalism.
Advice for the owner:
Answer phones with, “Thank you for choosing Smart Point,” not “Hello?”
Get a bigger sign and take down the plywood from the window. My wife and I both had a hard time finding your store front.
Greet customers with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly, scripted greeting, “Hi, how can I help you today?” Everyone I encountered acted as if they didn’t know why I was there and I had interrupted some personal business of theirs.
Keep consistent hours, and if the shop is closed for lunch, post those lunch hours on the door.
Despite this, the family (?) running the shop seemed like nice people. I think they just might not be aware of what most Americans expect from a business.

He will fix your stuff, but he will scam you. He will go into your device and break other stuff so you have to pay to get if fixed. He tried doing it to my ps5. And then charged me extra cause "somebody already opened it". He mangled pieces that i knew werent like that before because i was the one who already opened it. He will fix whatever problem you have, but hes gonna create more so you have no other choice but to pay him to fix it.

Great local business. Vladimir is very professional and trustworthy. I had to repair my son's and my phone with them, even though I was told it wasn't repairable. Vladimir and Alex found the issue and fixed it the same day. Price was reaonable. I also needed to upgrade my work/school phone and had a great trade in optoin . I was offered used like new phone for a great deal. I am very happy with it ! It has everything I need and works great! Will definitely go back ! Highly recommend this repair store. Friendly and very professional!

Smart Point was recommended to me by another excellent phone repair place because the folks who own Smart Point can do micro-soldering, which I needed for part of my repair. They were extremely helpful and friendly, and the repair was done in about 15 minutes for a reasonable price.

I was very pleased with a service I had at Smart Point Store. I called in after water damaging my phone. A technician was very professional and friendly. They let me bring my phone in, even though they are under remodeling and were closed that day. My phone was fixed, and I was able to pick it up the next day. I really appreciate their fast service. Two other repair shops in town told me they weren't able to fix it when they looked at it, that it's not fixable and I had to replace it. I was worried about losing all my information. They were very patient with me and explained all the details about the repair they did. Plus, all my pictures and information on the phone were saved, and I didn't lose anything. The repair was done efficent and only cost me $60. I highly recommend this repair service in town. They are professional, friendly, and trustworthy!
