Great place. The owner Jim makes sure the place is spotless. Very friendly and helpful. Not crowded and noisy, and all the equipment are kept in top working condition.

Been going here on and off when I visit parents in Lexington for the last several years. The owner is always super professional and friendly, the equipment is in good shape and has about everything you'd need for a solid workout. It has the vibe of a true neighborhood gym- no attitudes, no judgement, just people trying to better themselves at whatever point they're at in life. Highly recommend this place of you're looking for a long term spot or just need to get in a workout while in town for a while.

Really nice gym. The owner, Jim, keeps it absolutely spotless, and the equipment is really good, especially considering it's a small 24 hour gym: oly lifting equipment, rowers, squat/bench, etc. The owner is also willing to offer help/advice and genuinely enjoys meeting and working with people. This is 100% the nicest, best-run 24 hour gym in Lexington.

Jim, the owner, takes great care of his clients. Work out 24/7 in a small, low pressure gym. If you're not into meatheads live-streaming their sets while wearing sleeveless shirts and huffing loudly, this place is for you. All the equipment you need.

Went there for the first time and the owner Jim got our membership’s worked out fast and we were able to get a good workout in. Gym has all the equipment you could need and is clean and was not busy at all at 4pm on a monday after work! Definitely recommend SnapFitness if you want a smaller less busy gym.

Went with a friend to see if I would be interested in going to the gym here since I live in the neighborhood HOA. His immediate response was $5 to use the gym for the day. His attitude was **very** unprofessional. Will be posting in our HOA group.

Employ was super rude when I asked about the guest policy. I was told it was $5 which I was fine paying but I explained that I have been to other locations and never had to pay and the employees tone was super rude when he responded especially in front of a potential new client. I was kind of shocked by how rudely me and a potential client were treated. Never in my life have I ever been disrespected so rudely by an owner. I ended up cancelling my membership because I will not be giving my business to someone who obviously can’t respect his younger clients.I have been working out here for a couple months and I have noticed that the owner is super nice to the older clients that workout here but will not engage with any of his younger clients which is super unprofessional for a gym owner to do. As most of the people who are in the gym consistently are younger.

Gym is very clean, but equipment and space is very limited. Staff was very rude to me and a potential client when I had asked about the guest policy. I ended up cancelling my membership because I have never been treated so rudely by any business owner. I would recommend to look at other gyms in the area that have more equipment and more friendly staff members.

Went with a friend who has a membership to see if I would be interested in going to the gym here since I live in the neighborhood HOA. His immediate response seeing us walk in was very rude as he immediately had an attitude when my friend asked if I could come for today. The owners response was $5 per day charge to bring someone. As a potential client I was shocked. When my friend stated he’s been to other snaps and taken someone before the guy got even more rude saying that he can’t let friends into the gym. I was a potential client as this is 1/2 mile from my house versus driving 15-20 minutes to where I go now. His attitude was **VERY** unprofessional even after agreeing to pay the $5 so we said never mind and left. Will be posting in our HOA group. My biggest issue was his attitude especially toward a potential client who could have potentially brought more neighborhood clients.

This year I’ve been to various gyms (planet fitness, icon/wild cat fitness, and snap) and honestly I’ve always just liked snap better. The owner Jim is absolutely wonderful, he’s personable, friendly, and is understandable if you end up cancelling your membership for whatever reason. The times I workout it’s usually not that busy and if someone is using equipment you want to use it’s not a long wait. I love the size, environment, equipment, and accessibility of this gym. I think you’ll like it as well!
