The woman that runs this storage unit place was super nice. She was very informative and friendly. Made renting the storage unit a pleasure. I would highly recommend this facility. It is a clean property. And I have no complaints.

Horrible. Staff is rude, ignoring the fact that my friend got threatened by another customer on property. She reported it to the front office and they said that they could do nothing. This place is unsafe and the staff is ignorant and inconsiderate. DO NOT RENT HERE!!

I was at my unit trying to load a couch and had a man pull up in a truck and threaten to kill me because i was in the middle of trying to move a couch and he couldn’t wait 5 minutes or GO THE OTHER WAY. i went into the office to tell the lady and she did not care at all. i will NEVER go back to my storage unit and i have been loyal to them for years.

I would never recommend this storage unit!! Absolutely awful service when someone’s life was threatened and we’re told they can’t do nothing about it. Know matter the circumstances you don’t try and take advantage of a young girl like that and threaten her life over someone else having a bad day and anger issues.

My family and myself have used this company for many years. Great clean facilities! Great pricing, 24 hour access to your stuff, well lit property, very secure, and it's all gated in! I will always recommend this company!

Rude, hidden fees, so many other places to chose from definitely find another company. Worst experience from the beginning to the end. This company struggled to perform one simple transaction regarding payment then turned the blame to me, the customer, and charged me for their ignorance. Run don't walk away from this business.
