Wait time is substantial whether you are a walkin or have an appointment. We waited 30 minutes to turn in old equipment. Staff was nice and knowledgeable.

Full month of router not working. Call to have it fixed. They send someone out, 2 months go by and it’s back at it again. Last chance, I call request to have someone come they say yea sure and the technician never shows. Find another internet service provider, never use Spectrum. I know I won’t.

Geniually the worst customer service I've ever experienced from any business ever. I've had spectrum for a year and it has been a nightmare. So much that I woke up today and my whole internet package was removed by mistake and I had to sit on the phone for an hour to get it cut back on and then was told I couldn't be compensated for the problem. It seems like I'm on the phone with spectrum about a new problem every single month at least.

Garbage internet service (the store was perfectly fine), with no responsibility or feedback. Utterly unreliable and major slowdowns for no reason.

I do not recommend spectrum to anyone at all. $80 to $100 or more a month just for internet is way to much. I'm switching services as soon as possible unless they can lower my bill to $30 a month. That's all internet is worth

After dealing with another phone company who kept increasing our bill for no reason.. I made the decision to switch to spectrum and went to this location and I’ll highly recommend all of my friends and family to go there as well! I was greeted very quickly. The woman that helped me was very quick and knowledgeable! So far I like the service on my phone as well 😊

Outside of not being able to find a place to park they don’t take cash for payment anymore

Some of the worst customer service that I have ever had..
Only one person there on the weekend and they did not know how to speak to customers at all.
I wont mention names but the worker looked like they just got out of jail and put on a spectrum outfit.
